The wonderful smell of grain when a fermenter is being filled hits me with a ton of nostalgia. We grew our own field corn when I was growing up in the mountains of eastern #Kentucky. The same corn that we use now to make @WildTurkey #Bourbon.

I did something new to me yesterday! I completed a #5k at #CastawayCay! I abused my body hard for years when I was younger. So, this made me feel accomplished that it would still get this done. I may actually do more runs in my future.Today is a little more just relax.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved Marley yesterday. Oof! That was tough. This Dood brought so much laughter and happiness to our home. He was family and we loved him. And Marley gave that love right back to us. Gonna miss him so much!
