MiMo-V3 is getting a new architecture. The core of it, HySparse2, is out today.
Less prefill, a smaller KV cache, better long-context retrieval—and we got all three at once.
Compared with MiMo-V2.6's Hybrid SWA architecture:
• 5.02× lower prefill FLOPs at 1M tokens
• 4.5× smaller KV cache at 1M tokens
• Better MRCRv2 and RULER-v2 scores, plus lower AgentPPL and LongPPL
Why build a new architecture?
Agentic inference is a very different workload. Each round, a short action can return a long observation that needs to be prefilled, while the context keeps growing. That puts prefill cost, KV-cache size, and retrieval accuracy on the critical path at the same time.
HySparse2 tackles all three with two levels of KV sharing:
• KV Bridging: Following YOCO, full-attention layers in the cross-decoder build their K/V from self-decoder hidden states.
• KV Reuse: Within each hybrid block, sparse layers reuse the preceding full-attention layer's KV cache and selection indices.
Two more changes: token-level selection replaces block-level selection, and a forced window of recent tokens replaces the separate SWA branch, so local and global tokens share one KV cache. Since all cross-decoder KV caches now come from the self-decoder, prefill can stop once the self-decoder finishes.

Two days ago, we received an update from our shipping provider, ShipMonk. We're deeply saddened to share the news that the recent data breach affects more customers than originally thought.
Another 67,000 customers from the US who ordered between November 2019 and August 2021 were affected, with their full details (name, email, phone number, shipping address, order number) exposed.
All affected customers have been emailed directly. If you didn’t receive an email, then you are not affected.
Throughout our entire relationship with ShipMonk, we repeatedly requested and received written assurance confirming the deletion of the data, in line with our contract, data policy, and past communications. We are very disappointed that, despite receiving this confirmation, the data was not deleted in their systems.
Trezor systems were not compromised, and your device is secure. But please be alert for fake emails, phone calls, fraudulent letters, and potential risks to physical security.
NEVER share your wallet backup with anyone or type it into a website.

We have some difficult news to share. Unfortunately, one of our shipping providers has experienced a data breach that exposed sensitive order data. This affects new customers in the US, UK, Sweden, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Portugal who received an order within the 90 days prior to August 8th, 2026.
The data exposed:
- Full names
- Shipping addresses
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
The incident affects 11,742 customers with full exposure (name, email, phone number, shipping address) and 1,947 customers with partial exposure (name, city, email). The breach is limited due to Trezor’s strict 90-day data storage policy (we were also able to negotiate the same terms with fulfillment partners, who follow the same policy).
All affected customers have been contacted separately by email.
Our systems and devices remain secure, but affected customers could experience an increase in phishing attempts.
NEVER enter your wallet backup on a website or share it with anyone, and only check for updates on official Trezor channels.
We are deeply sorry to the community and those affected.

Fifteen years ago, @Coursera and online courses changed education. It worked better than almost anyone expected, expanding access by opening up where you can learn. But how you learn remains largely the same as it has for centuries: it is still one-size-fits-all, taught the same way to each person who shows up.
We now have an opportunity to change how learning happens. With advances in AI, we can now build a custom learning guide for each person. We will turn learning from one‑to‑many to one‑to‑one. I'm starting LearnVector to invent this next generation of learning. We are starting with a $100M investment from Coursera, and plan to collaborate closely with Coursera and Udemy.
Good learning needs much more than just a chatbot. Research shows that chatbots without guardrails harm learning. They help complete tasks and enable students to do better on homework. But cognitive offloading to a chatbot results in them being less skilled. And, you cannot always trust what a chatbot tells you.
In contrast, LearnVector will plan a path with you, adapt to how you learn, and patiently stay with you until you’ve mastered new skills.
One thing has not changed in all this time. People want learning they can trust: material that is accurate, relevant, and worth the effort you put into it. 但今天最想说的，不是她有多强大——相反，她还有很多不完善的地方，等着我们持续去改进。Cindy 本身就是一款纯 Vibe 出来的作品，对我们来说就是一场面向 AI Native 开发的大型实验。经历了最近几周的开发实践，我们现在已经对如何让她变得更好充满信心。

只要ai没有证伪，机器折旧在5年是可以忽略不计的，甚至可能涨价，因为生产永远不够。
只要 AI 算力需求持续超过供给，且没有出现大幅降低算力需求的技术突破，AI GPU 的实际经济寿命可能显著长于传统服务器。传统按 5 年线性折旧的方法，未必能准确反映其真实经济价值，在供需持续紧张的阶段，部分 GPU 的市场价值甚至可能高于账面价值。
而所有的东西最终都是会拿到台积电手里，但台积电有地缘政治问题，另外一件事就是中国有钱有人有便宜的电有制造业生产力，这样看来即使单卡没有办法超过英伟达，但正如deepseek梁圣说的，部署更多机器似乎也可以。
所以未来5年，模型能力这件事不重要，GPU设计不重要，最重要的其实就是AI 算力需求是否会继续长期指数增长？
什么情况会扭转情况？
1. 模型已经“足够好”，普通用户不需要更强模型。
2. 算法效率大幅提升，同样效果只需要十分之一算力。deepseek就在做这件事。
3. 推理成本下降速度超过需求增长速度。
4. 企业发现很多 AI 应用并没有创造足够价值。
但目前至少在2030年前，各大云厂商和英伟达的订单都是不缺的，但是2030年后就不好说了。

最近深度体验了Binance，OKX，Bitget三家的美股产品，从产品数、深度、盘口spread、中间价等维度分别在盘前和盘中做了一个数据分析。
不吹不黑，直接上数据。
1、产品数方面bitget最多，okx和bn还在不断增加新标的，当然主流的标的基本都覆盖了。
2、1档和5档深度方面也是bitget更好一点，OKX第二，BN非常差。
3、盘口spread是OKX明显更好点差很小，来回交易的磨损更小。
4、中间价方面在盘前bitget更低一些，盘中差别不大。 5、BN的bStock目前在多个维度都是最差的，很明显还是个临时拼凑的半成品。
We tested Kimi K3 and Fable on a real bug from the Cline repo, and found that while both models were able to fix it - Fable wins on speed & Kimi wins on cost.
- Kimi used 1.7x more tokens than Fable (1.2M vs. 730K)
- Fable finished 3.4x faster - 3.5 min and 18 tool calls vs. Kimi’s 12 min and 34 tool calls.
- Kimi cost 2.3x less ($0.92 vs. $2.13) thanks to its 3.3x per-token discount
Both runs used the same Cline harness, and the traces indicate that Kimi is RL trained to spend more tokens thinking and verifying before completing.
This is the first time we've seen an open weight model compete head to head with SOTA. Congratulations to the @Kimi_Moonshot team on this milestone!

ZachXBT on TG just said all hardware wallets are garbage and using a separate iPhone is safer..
i agree with the main lesson.. but a separate iPhone alone still leaves you with one device and one seed as the single point of failure.
for serious funds, this is the exact setup i would recommend:
1) Create 3 completely fresh signer wallets
- signer 1: dedicated iPhone
- signer 2: separate phone or hardware wallet
- signer 3: backup device stored somewhere else
never use your everyday wallet as a signer.
2) Lock down the dedicated iPhone
- no SIM
- no email, Telegram or social apps
- no random browsing
- install only the official wallet app
- use a strong passcode and Face ID
- enable Stolen Device Protection
- use it only when you need to sign
write the recovery phrase on paper or steel and store it offline.
never screenshot it, save it in Notes, upload it to iCloud or type it into any website.
3) Create a 2-of-3 Safe multisig
manually visit app.safe.global, choose the correct network and add the 3 public wallet addresses as signers.
set the threshold to 2 out of 3.
this means any transaction needs approval from 2 separate devices before funds can move..
you only add the public addresses. Safe will never need your seed phrases or private keys..
4) Test everything first
send a very small amount to the Safe.
then try sending it back by approving the transaction from 2 different signers.
only move serious funds after you know the entire setup and recovery process works.
5) Move the remaining funds in batches
don’t transfer your whole portfolio in one transaction.
send a small batch, confirm it arrived on the correct network and then continue.
6) Treat the Safe like a vault
don’t use it for random mints, airdrops or unknown dApps.
use a separate spending wallet for daily activity and keep only the amount you can afford to lose there.
before approving anything, verify the network, token, amount and receiving address on both signer devices.
