Here's the absolutely crazy 2025 recap for @FeaturebaseHQ 🎉🚀 Growth milestones: • Crossed $1M ARR • Grew revenue 4x • Net profit up 6x • Still fully bootstrapped, raised $0 Is this the new way to run startups? 🤔 Team milesones: • Grew from just 3 founders to a team of 6 • Hired: Technical Support Engineer, Product Engineer, and AE • Building the team has quietly become one of the most meaningful parts of the journey Product milestones: • Shipped 15+ major updates and hundreds of improvements • Launched 4 entirely new product lines: → Omnichannel customer support inbox → Fibi AI support agent → Workflows to automate repetitive tasks → A mobile app to handle support on the go • Completely reworked the Users Directory with company profiles, custom attributes, and more Other wins: • Bought the .com domain • Got SOC 2 Type II certified (via @compai) • Launched a new website • Personally made a lot of new friends in the startup ecosystem The coolest part is that Featurebase is being used by so many people & startups I look up to. @theo, @levelsio, @Lovable, @raycast, @n8n_io, @beehiiv, @WisprFlow, and so many more… still feels unreal. I’m incredibly grateful to our customers, to my co-founders @bruno_hiis and @rohukas, and to our cracked team: Erik, Pavel, and Paul. 2026 will be the year of scale for Featurebase.
