Now, I met with some of you fellows later, you are all awesome. but I met awesome people during my ROS + hoverboard hack journey back in 2022. Here are the people that you should start following fucking right now if you are into mobile robots, my 2022 people here:
@RosmoRobot
@murasametech
@kamathsblog
@JRBowling
@ExplorerRobocar
@lethic1
@wgy421
@NeaveEng
@RoboFoundry (I fking love this guy)
@NotBlackMagic1 (I fking love this guy too)
@goods_savage8
@ncmreynolds
You'll get inspired.
for 2023, everyone I follow that BUILD robot. There are some other people make great stuff but I don't follow back because of too much political content. I want to narrow down my twitter wall to only tech.
4 months without a mission! I took advantage of this day off to do one!
A big mistake and the robocar got stuck... I had to look for it on my bike, but everything could be resumed ;)
Seen right now in a highway rest stop...
It would be so great to test small autonomous robocars on this track !!
🤩😉
The @Agence_ID (French #DARPA) is launching an #autonomous #robot challenge called #MOBLIEX…
Really considering this opportunity to take part to this outstanding adventure!!
The @arlteam already performed work would be a great starting point!!
Currently testing the #ROS gbplanner package (github.com/ntnu-arl/gbplanne…) from @arlteam and used in the @DARPA Subterranean Challenge (#SubTChallengee) in #simulation.
It's insane!! Perception, mapping, localization, path planning, control... An incredible amount of work!!

Can’t wait to test #5G 😋
#AutonomousVehicles are cool 😎 🏁🏎️ 💨
@EricssonNetwork helps us understand why #5G, #AI, and #ML are cooler 😎 😎

PYXIS just performed today its craziest #LTE #teleoperated #mission ever!!
Bringing a petanque jack to a friend, a few kilometers from the house, next to a shopping mall...
An incredible experience... Raw footage to be uploaded in the Pyxis YouTube channel...
Video x12👇
Please find the raw footage of the complete mission here: youtu.be/lgQuS5iUsDc !
This children #Buggy can also be radiocontrolled!!!
I wonder if it could be hacked, so that, PCs, sensors and so on could be easily installed for an nice UGV test platform...
It costs +450€, and reaches 7 km/h...
Installing an #RxMux board, to be able to swith between #autopilot and R/C #receiver... Ideal for debugging!!
Today, test of a PIWOKA camera, on an old non stabilized platform...
It's maybe not a GOPRO, but the result is quite impressive for 19€!
I AM JEALOUS!!!!!!!

I already proposed this solution in a past tech contest, but unfortunately without success...
Maybe there would be a better solution than an arm to collect the wastes?
