The ceasefire, for as long as it holds, is essentially between the U.S. & Iran alone. The Middle East war goes on. The U.S. has simply stopped striking Iran, for now. Attacks on Gulf states & Israel, strikes on Iran, the war in Lebanon & disruption of Hormuz haven't stopped.
