🙏 to those who have already listened to our podcast #MadeInSlavery on the 🇨🇳PRC’s intricate schemes to leverage 🌏market brands while detaining, brainwashing and enslaving #Uyghurs in #Xinjiang. It’s time we hold those responsible for this crime against humanity accountable.

#Important : Najmeh Amini, a 23 years old Iranian woman has been sentenced to death for “insulting the prophet” on social media! This is a very alarming development. Although blasphemy carries the death penalty under Iranian law and two men were executed on such charges in 2023, this case risks expanding the use of the death penalty against peaceful online expression. The fact that the sentence has been imposed on a young woman adds another serious dimension. Without a strong international response now, we risk seeing a broader use and implementation of death sentences for expression. The international community must demand that Najmeh Amini’s sentence be overturned and call for an immediate moratorium on all executions! #NajmehAmini #NoDeathPenalty
🔴 BREAKING | Najmeh Amini, 23, Sentenced to Death Over Social Media Post Iran Human Rights (IHRNGO); 9 October 2026: Najmeh Amini, a 23-year-old woman held in Mashhad’s Vakilabad Prison, has been sentenced to death for “insulting the prophet” (blasphemy) by Branch 6 of Khorasan Razavi Criminal Court One. The sentence remains subject to appeal and has not been upheld by the Supreme Court. The trial court rejected defence arguments citing a slip of the tongue and an intoxication-induced lack of intent. IHRNGO Director Mahmood Amiry-Moghaddam said: “Sentencing a 23-year-old woman to death for what she expressed on social media is an extremely alarming development.” He warned: “Without a strong international response now, we risk seeing a broader use and implementation of death sentences for expression.” Iran Human Rights calls for an urgent international response to demand that Najmeh Amini’s death sentence be overturned and an immediate moratorium on all executions. #Urgent: Alireza Sepahi was hanged early this morning, according to his lawyers. The weekly execution of protesters continues, while hundreds more have been sentenced to death or face charges carrying the death penalty. This is a continuation of the mass killing of January protesters- first on the streets, now through executions. An immediate halt to all executions must be a central demand of every government maintaining diplomatic relations with the Islamic Republic. #StopExecutionsInIran #NoDeathPenalty #AlirezaSepahi
Protester Alireza Sepahi Badjani is at imminent risk of execution after his family were summoned for what may be a final visit at Isfahan Central Prison. He survived an execution attempt on 28 July after suffering a heart attack and was again scheduled for execution in September. Five of his co-defendants have been executed since 19 July. We call on the international community, particularly countries with diplomatic relations with the Islamic Republic, to use all available channels to help save his life. #StopExecutionsInIran #AlirezaSepahi Link: iranhr.net/en/articles/9080/

#urgent: The Islamic Republic hanged another January protester, Siavash Jamshidi Kheirabadi, this morning. The authorities have published a photograph of him holding a gun, apparently while hunting- seemingly to imply guilt or justify his execution. Since 18 March, 34 protesters have been executed, 32 in connection with the January protests. That is in average one protester executed every week, a rate unprecedented since the 1980s. More than 100 protesters are currently at risk of execution, while hundreds more face possible death sentences. The international community must act immediately, using all available diplomatic tools, to halt this wave of executions and secure a suspension of the death penalty in Iran. #StopExecutionsInIran #SiavashJamshidiKheirabadi

Every sanctioned Russian oligarch will now start working with tinpot dictatorships around the world to take Europeans hostages to have leverage get off of the sanctions list. France just opened one helluva Pandora’s box.
Azerbaijan's dictator Aliyev releases a French hostage after Alisher Usmanov gets off the sanctions hook....Hoo ha !

We are gravely concerned for the life of #Ali_Zarei, who was transferred to solitary confinement in Ghezel Hesar Prison on 21 September. In a recent voice recording from prison, he announced that his death sentence had been upheld. We fear his execution may be imminent. Ali, 27, lost sight in one eye after being shot with pellets during Iran’s 2022 protests. He subsequently left Iran for Germany but returned in April 2026, and reportedly sentenced to death on «corruption on earth» charges! The international community must act urgently to save his life. Hope it is not too late! #StopExecutionsInIran

Today, Iran Human Rights published its report on those killed during the January 2026 protests. At the end of the report, nearly 100 pages are devoted solely to the names and information of the victims. As you turn the pages and see the names, page after page, the scale of this crime becomes more tangible. Every name is a human being; someone with a life, dreams, a family, and loved ones waiting for them to come home. And when we know that more than 90% of them were killed in just two days, the magnitude of what happened becomes even more horrifying. This is a minimum list, and it is certainly neither complete nor free from error. One of the reasons we are publishing it at this stage is that we want, with your help, to make this record of the crime more complete and more accurate for the historical record. If you notice an error, if you cannot find the name of someone you know was killed during the protests, or if you have additional information, photographs or documentation about any of the victims, please share it with us. Documenting the truth is part of the path towards justice. #IranProtests2026
