Minister Cissy Mulondo Joins Emyooga Missionaries, Champions Wealth Creation
Hon. Cissy Mulondo, State Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development (General Duties), has joined Emyooga Missionaries, challenging 211 Emyooga Missionaries graduates of the Transformative and Leadership Training at NALI, Kyankwanzi, to champion wealth creation through savings mobilisation, enterprise development, investment and job creation.
Officiating at the closure of the Emyooga Missionaries Transformative and Leadership Training, held at the National Leadership Institute (NALI), Kyankwanzi, from October 4–9, 2026, the Minister called on the 211 participants to become catalysts for wealth creation and socio-economic transformation in their communities.
The initiative reinforces the national agenda of transitioning Ugandans into the money economy through productive enterprises, value addition, sustainable wealth creation and improved household incomes.
