Jay Stratton tells Chris Cuomo the UAP Legacy Program is comprised of the CIA, U.S. Air Force, Department of Energy, and “defense contractor community”
President Trump is not aware of the program’s effort to recover and reverse-engineer “craft of non-human origin” per Stratton.

Senior Kremlin officials reaffirmed Russian support for Iran and explicitly defined the United States as Russia’s long-term adversary, despite the recent unilateral US concession to Moscow – offering Russia a diesel export waiver.
Former Commander of the Ukrainian 60th Ingulets Separate Mechanized Brigade Major Dmytro Rohozyuk became the acting commander of Ukraine’s 3rd Army Corps (AC) while Brigadier General Andrii Biletskyi continues to command Ukraine’s Center Group of Forces (GoF) in Donetsk’s Fortress Belt.
Russia launched 165 drones against Ukraine overnight.
Ukrainian forces advanced east of Sumy City, and Russian forces advanced south of Orikhiv.
MORE: Ukrainian forces continue to face in-motion speed restrictions to SpaceX’s low-earth orbit satellite communication technology (Starlink and Starshield) that limit Ukraine’s ability to counter Russian piston engine-driven and jet-powered strike drones.
Ukrainian Presidential Advisor on Defense Technologies Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov stated on October 19 that the 160 kilometers per hour (around 100 miles per hour) in-motion speed restrictions to Ukraine’s satellite internet service as part of the Starshield package remain in place.
Beskrestnov emphasized that the Starshield in-motion speed restrictions disrupt data transmission to Ukrainian drones used to intercept Russian piston engine-driven Geran drones since the helicopters fly faster than 160 kilometers per hour. Beskrestnov noted that the Starshield speed restrictions limit Ukraine’s jet-powered interceptor drones.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated on October 19 that Ukraine continues to experience speed restrictions on Starlink and Starshield services in various sectors of the frontline that undermine Ukraine’s frontline logistics, intermediate-range strikes, and counter-drone air defense operations.
Starshield is a more secure, jam-resistant, and military-oriented version of the Starlink satellite network that SpaceX designed for government use, while Starlink serves civilian and commercial purposes. Ukrainian forces do not have access to Starshield or any other Starlink services over Russian territory, as SpaceX has geographically restricted Ukraine’s access to within Ukraine’s international borders.
Data from Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) between July 1, 2026, and October 19, 2026, indicates that the Starshield in-motion speed restriction, which Ukrainian forces first reported on October 14, has significantly degraded Ukraine’s intermediate-range strike campaign targeting primarily Russian logistics across the frontline. ⬇️

Ukraine’s Defense Forces have logged more than 3 million strike missions in DELTA’s Mission Control module since March.
Mission Control records the result of each completed mission so the data can shape the next one. In September alone, warriors entered over 1.8 million results, more than nine times the monthly volume at the start of the year.
As of October 1:
- ~3.6M reconnaissance reports
- 3M+ strike missions
- 1.02M+ UAV logistics missions, plus ~168K by UGVs
- ~500K aerial interception missions
- ~370K remote mining missions

This morning, Pina Picierno, Vice-President of the European Parliament, began a hunger strike to draw attention to the situation in the Ukrainian city of Oleshky, which is under Russian occupation, and to help save the lives of civilians, including children. Russia is starving the city's residents.
Her decision comes in response to Pope Leo XIV's appeal for a ceasefire and efforts to save the people of Oleshky.
Residents must receive food and medicine, and those who are able and wish to leave must be allowed to do so.
Thank you, Pina!
Let's come together and try to save these people. They are eating crows and grass. People are dying in the streets and in their own homes. There are children there.
We can spread information about what is happening in Oleshky. Journalists can report on the situation. We can reach out to members of parliament and political leaders in our countries.
We must ensure that humanitarian aid reaches Oleshky and that civilians can evacuate safely.
#SaveOleshky
#saveoleshky

❗️According to The Wall Street Journal, Elon Musk personally ordered the restriction of Starlink operations (including the military version Starshield), which led to disruptions in the work of Ukrainian drones that lost connectivity at high speeds. Musk and Donald Trump discussed this decision by phone, and according to one source — in advance. Trump publicly stated that he does not know who is responsible for the restrictions. Both were dissatisfied with Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries, which Trump linked to rising fuel prices ahead of the U.S. midterm elections.

🇷🇺 Russia is building a MASSIVE new radar system just 20 miles from NATO territory... and its potential reach could extend all the way to Britain.
Satellite imagery shows 3 enormous arms of antenna masts, each roughly 500 meters long, under construction in Russia's Kaliningrad exclave between Poland and Lithuania.
The complex appears to be an over-the-horizon radar, potentially capable of detecting aircraft, warships and missiles from 550-2,000 miles away, depending on its final specifications.
Kaliningrad is already a heavily militarized Russian outpost and a major source of GPS interference across northeastern Europe.
Now Moscow appears to be giving it the ability to watch deep into NATO territory...

Today we discussed security guarantees, and I'm thankful to the American side for underlining again that they have to be strong. There are different kinds of security guarantees on paper – in the document – which Steve will share with the Russians. We will hear his feedback afterwards.
I had a phone conversation with Secretary of State Marco Rubio earlier on the train today. We spoke about sensitive issues such as Starlink, ballistic missile interceptors, and intelligence. We were very concrete and the conversation was positive. We shared the things we have to manage. And we will manage them, I'm sure of it. We decided that maybe in 48 hours we will get in touch again.
We are thankful that early warning is now working. This is very important for our people, because we can know when Russian ballistic missiles are coming. So, this morning began with positive signals from the American side. We now also have a constructive dialogue. It was constructive because all of us want peace – Ukraine, Europe, the United States. And we will see what happens tomorrow.

Stanford built an agent that beat 9 out of 10 professional penetration testers on a live 8,000-host network.
They published a paper that might nuke the entire cybersecurity industry.
they put 10 human cybersecurity professionals head-to-head against ai agents in a live enterprise network with over 8,000 hosts.
it was a real-world, infrastructure-style pentest, not a simple "capture the flag" type demo.
they built a new multi-agent framework called ARTEMIS, and the numbers are actually terrifying:
• ARTEMIS placed 2nd overall on the leaderboard..
• it outperformed 9 out of the 10 paid human professionals..
• it discovered 9 valid vulnerabilities with an 82% submission accuracy..
• it systematically enumerated and executed parallel exploits for roughly $18/hour in api costs.. compared to the human rate of $60+/hour.
most existing agents (like codex scaffolds) underperformed the humans.. but ARTEMIS uses dynamic prompt generation, arbitrary sub-agents, and automated vulnerability triaging to actually chain together complex attack paths.
the human edge hasn't disappeared completely yet.. the study found that ai agents still carry higher false-positive rates and struggle heavily with gui-based tasks (they rely on the cli).
the takeaway? the future of offensive security is using ai for relentless coverage and humans for the final validation.
but an ai placing second against paid professionals on a live 8,000-host network is a massive wake-up call. the gap between human hackers and autonomous agents is closing ridiculously fast.
every model upgrade is a security downgrade for defenders..

The greatest intelligence failure in American history may not have been a foreign operation. It may have been America's inability to protect itself from its own president.
For years, the evidence of Trump's extraordinary loyalty to Moscow has been mounting. His admiration for Putin, his attacks on NATO, his possession of highly classified American defence secrets, and his repeated willingness to advance Russian interests.
Yet the most extraordinary part of this entire scandal is the American state itself. The FBI, the intelligence community, Congress and the entire national security apparatus have proved incapable of protecting the country from a president whose conduct has repeatedly raised profound questions about his loyalty.
Russia spent decades trying to defeat the United States from the outside. Now Putin can watch an American president dismantle the Western order from within.
And the institutions built to defend America have been unable to stop him.
What an extraordinary national humiliation.

Oh, I’m fucking angry today. And you better brace yourselves.
I haven’t slept for 24 hours.
For an entire fucking day, Russia has been pounding Kyiv with Geran attack drones. Wave after wave. Relentlessly.
TWENTY-FOUR HOURS.
And while we’re living through this nightmare, Donald Trump is reportedly complaining:
“We gave Ukraine enormous amounts of money. And all we got in return was high diesel prices.”
ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!
We’re being bombed. We’re losing sleep, electricity, homes and lives. And you’re talking about DIESEL PRICES?!
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence (HUR) has released new estimates of Russia’s military stockpiles ahead of winter.
🚨 Russia is reportedly producing more than 200 missiles every month, including approximately 110 ballistic missiles.
Russia’s estimated arsenal includes:
🔴 6,200 Shahed-type attack drones in reserve.
🔴 115 Iskander-M ballistic missiles, with another 65 produced monthly.
🔴 More than 450 Kalibr cruise missiles.
🔴 Up to 400 RM-48U missiles.
🔴 More than 600 Oniks missiles.
🔴 More than 120 Zircon missiles.
🔴 Kh-101 production reportedly exceeds 80 missiles per month.
Do you understand what these numbers mean?
They mean more nights like this.
More Ukrainian children sleeping in shelters.
More families living without electricity or heating.
More civilians killed while the world debates the price of fuel.
Russia is stockpiling weapons ahead of winter. We are preparing to survive another winter of Russian attacks.
And instead of talking about diesel prices, perhaps it’s time to talk about stopping the country that’s bombing us.
UKRAINIANS ARE NOT THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR YOUR POLITICAL GAMES.
We are human beings. And we have the right to live.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 Zelensky says the missile warnings are finally coming through again.
“We are thankful for the Americans. Now it works. It’s great.”
He says the intelligence is working now, and Ukraine can hear ballistic missiles coming before they hit.
Before this, he’d said several times that Ukraine was getting zero warning ahead of Russian ballistic strikes on Kyiv.
At least one thing is working again.

"Elon Musk ordered the slowdown of a military-grade version of Starlink relied on by Ukraine, a decision that sparked panic in Kyiv and confusion inside the Trump administration, U.S. officials and people familiar with the matter said.
Both Musk and President Trump have expressed anger at Ukraine for attacking Russian diesel refineries in recent weeks, which the president blames for high energy prices. Last week, Musk capped the speeds at which Ukrainian hardware could stay connected to the satellite-based network, the people said, rendering some offensive drones and interceptor drones virtually useless."
