Michael Clarke: When people in the States say, "Oh, look how corrupt Ukraine is," I’d say, "First of all, pal, I think Ukraine, objectively, is less corrupt than United States is these days." You can construct sensible argument, which says: "Ukrainians talk about corruption because it bothers them. You guys have stopped talking about it because it doesn’t bother you anymore. You’ve normalized it." I think there’s sensible argument to say that Ukraine is less corrupt than the United States.
