Fr. Charles Murr: “Today all of this is repeating itself. After the resignation of Pope Benedict — which was forced by men inside the Vatican — they began remaking the episcopate across the whole world. The new bishops: all liberals.”

MEDIA BLACKOUT: A white father, 25, was beaten to de*th outside a Chicago bar... and police are looking for three black men and one asian woman while the media is largely SILENT. Gee - wonder why?
Alexander “Xander” Kazanowski, a Barrington High School graduate and father of one with a second child on the way, was found unresponsive with severe head injuries around 3:20 a.m. on March 24, 2026, outside the Tune Up Bar in Avondale.
He d*ed four days later from blunt force trauma. The Cook County medical examiner ruled the de*th a hom*cide.
⠀
Chicago police released images of four persons of interest. Official descriptions identify three black men - one in a black jacket and baseball hat, one in a black jacket over a white hoodie, and one in a blue jacket with a brown winter hat - and one asian woman in a black jacket and white pants. No arrests have been made.
⠀
The case drew limited national coverage. Chicago has recorded more than 300 hom*cides in 2026, with the large majority of victims young black males.
Clearance rates for fatal sho*tings of white victims have historically run higher than for black victims, yet this white victim’s k*lling remains unsolved months later.
⠀
Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to an arrest. Tips can be submitted anonymously at 1-800-535-7867 or CPDTip.com using reference RD # JK192078.
Anyone who recognizes the individuals in the released images or has details about the March 24 as$ault is urged to come forward.

Weird to honor a Satanist but okay
Thirty years after the death of Joseph Louis Cardinal Bernardin, archbishop of Chicago from 1982 to 1996, the Italian archdiocese of Trento has organized various events in memory of the prelate, whose origins lie in the region.

I find it frankly astonishing that Vatican News @VaticanNews has chosen to publish this glowing tribute to Cardinal Joseph Bernardin under the headline “An example for the Church and the world.”
@CardinalBCupich offers what amounts to an unqualified celebration of a man whose ecclesiastical legacy remains profoundly controversial. More troubling still is his apparent blindness to some of the gravest failures of Bernardin's episcopal governance. I am not just talking about his much-debated “seamless garment” approach to Catholic moral teaching, or the culture of doctrinal accommodation and institutional consensus that George Weigel famously identified with the “Bernardin Machine”, although these are serious questions in themselves, particularly when considering the damage done to Catholic identity in the postconciliar Church. I'm talking about the protection of children.
The Illinois Attorney General's devastating 2023 investigation documented that Bernardin was informed in 1989 that Fr Vincent McCaffrey was a paedophile, yet McCaffrey remained in ministry. It also recorded how Bernardin allowed Fr Robert Mayer to continue in parish ministry despite serious allegations and restrictions on his contact with minors. Mayer was subsequently imprisoned for child sexual abuse. Bernardin eventually introduced important safeguarding reforms which I duly acknowledge, but those reforms do not erase the earlier failures & they certainly don't justify pretending that his record represents exemplary episcopal leadership.
Despite this Cupich celebrates Bernardin's “gentle and wise spirit”, presents his approach as a model for today's Church & says virtually nothing about these profoundly troubling aspects of his legacy. That Vatican News should reproduce this panegyric without any accompanying historical context or critical qualification is an extraordinarily poor editorial judgement.
The Church has spent decades confronting the consequences of bishops who prioritised institutional harmony, reputation and accommodation over the uncomfortable demands of truth and accountability. Have we really learned so little that we are now being invited to celebrate precisely this model of episcopal leadership? Charity towards the dead does not require historical amnesia & respect for the episcopal office surely demands that we judge its exercise by something more substantial than a bishop's ability to build consensus. vaticannews.va/en/pope/news/…
God have mercy on this world if this monster is a good example. vaticannews.va/en/pope/news/…
Whose sick idea was this to honor the infamous Joey B? Leo? Cupich? Montse Alvarado? This is scandalous.

The fall of the Church.
For centuries, the Church cared for the poor and provided charity.
Today, the Church has outsourced that responsibility. It cheers for big government while turning itself into well-paid subcontractor.
Once served the poor. Now it serves the state.😱
Two Christian groups were paid $62M to resettle tens of thousands of Somalis in Minnesota trib.al/Bu7ZnU0
And we haven’t even discussed the hundreds of millions granted to Catholic Charities and @USCCB for the scandalous unaccompanied alien minor racket.
Talk about suicidal empathy - turned massive grift.
Two church non-profits -- Catholic Charities and Lutheran Social Services -- raked in at least $62 million in government contracts to establish the Somali community in Minnesota in the 1990s — leading to the rise of Ilhan Omar and $9 billion stolen in the largest welfare fraud in US history
They picked Minnesota because it had extremely generous state social safety net policies and welfare programs

Bernardin was a homo predator boy rapist, a satanist, and an Alinskyite radical socialist. So of course the Boomer Church honors him

I’ve spent 30 years on the front lines, and I’m telling you straight: we’ve got a very short window to deport 100 million illegal aliens.
I was in Michigan today because this is ground zero.
Abdul El-Sayed is the candidate of open borders and the radical elements that want to weaken this country. He’s tied to the same failed ideology that has already cost us in wages, housing, and opportunity for young Americans.
Immigration is the single greatest threat facing the nation right now.
The numbers don’t lie, and neither do the results in every community that’s been overrun.
Don’t be a useful idiot, reject the open-borders agenda before it’s too late.
🇺🇸 Former Border Patrol Head Greg Bovino is calling for the deportation of 100 MILLION people while campaigning against Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan.
He joined Jake Lang at a Detroit-area rally, where he accused El-Sayed of supporting open borders and linked him to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Bovino warned that immigration is the greatest threat facing America and blamed it for housing costs, declining wages, and young Americans struggling to find jobs.
“We've got a very short period of time to deport 100 million illegal aliens.”
He also urged voters to reject El-Sayed, warning them not to become someone's “useful idiot.”

Does make one wonder about the “undetermined cause” of Paris’ Notre Dame fire? Not so much anymore🙄Europe’s Catholics better guard their cathedrals and churches.
The Chicago Vatican just opened a can of worms.
Next time the @USCCB lectures Americans on open borders, remember this.

This is a tragedy in a time of grave disbelief.
“Nothing emboldens the wicked so greatly as the lack of courage on the part of the good.” - Pope Leo XIII (Who composed the St. Michael’s Prayer after experiencing a terrifying vision in 1884 of Satan attacking the Church).
*By the way, John Paul the Second encouraged the use of this prayer in the 1980s.
Our local bishop is banning the St Michael prayer from the end of Mass.
His article, in the local Catholic paper, explains that in order to celebrate the liturgy “in accordance with the mind of the Church” priests need to “catechize the people of God as we move away from additional prayers recited together immediately before, during, and immediately after Mass.”
