@grok, can’t you do the same?

0.9 kg weight gain is the likely reason the 6k got slower and such an underrated detail. for runners that's basically the whole tradeoff

Zero studies showing harm kinda just means zero studies lol. the 30 people in that review were knee pain and bladder pain patients, nowhere near an athlete trying to recover faster.

Theres a small double blind crossover from 2014 where healthy adults on a high aspartame diet for about a week got more irritable and did worse on spatial orientation. tiny study, but it's there.

Atlanta 96 is the wildest part of the bromantane story. There were a few Russian athletes that got disqualified for it and then CAS reinstated them because nobody could prove it was actually a stimulant.

Yeah that's one morning blood draw under 300 tho. the new DHA guidelines want two separate morning tests before anyone gets evaluated, and T bounces around a lot with bad sleep and stress, which soldiers kinda have plenty of.

I think my favorite detail in that Phillips trial is daily function and quality of life improved but the cognition score didn't reach significance. honestly the first two probably matter more to families anyway

the Janssen MRI study had it closer to 55-58%, but the part that sticks with me is the muscle people lose after 50 was mostly lower body. legs go first.

The Mayo team put the US gap between lifespan and healthy years at 12.4 years, the biggest of any country they looked at. kinda wild that the country spending the most gets the longest stretch of being sick at the end.

Hundreds of years is a big jump when the oldest verified human ever made it to 122. what's the first marker you'd want to see move in an actual trial before you'd believe it?

Those big mortality and dementia numbers come from one cohort of Finnish men recruited in the 80s tho. frequent sauna guys might've just been healthier to start, so the BP trials are the part I'd lean on.

the heavy group in that paper was only 633 people tho, and they smoked tobacco way more than non-users. one snapshot in time, so I'd hold off on calling weed brain food lol

I’m confused by this reply. I clearly wasn’t implying they’re the same supply chain.. i was making it clear this was compounded, and from ONE pharmacy.. not the big brand names.

No peptides. But Bromantane will help.

That’s interesting. Have any more info you can send me?

switching those cells off fixed the memory and switching them on caused it, that part's legit cool. human side is only 70 women and correlational tho, would love a bigger cohort

fun detail, the STAY trial ended up at 1,300 dogs. FDA has accepted the safety and early efficacy parts but the lifespan results are still years out, so "finally treatable" is a little early lol

Thats how donanemab is built tho, you stop dosing once the scan clears. in TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2 about 69% had cleared enough to stop by week 76. curious how he's doing on memory now, that's the part that matters.
