Woah it’s crazy that this tweet is at almost 1k likes… An editor figured out how to automate repetitive non-creative tasks in his workflow, And everyone’s hating because they’re so insecure about their skill set… Funnily enough they’re the ones who’ll get replaced by AI 😂
You’re a disgrace and I hope every client past present and future denounces and never works with you again. Fake ass editor.

To clarify. YouTube will demonetize you, claiming your videos are unsuitable for ad revenue. While YouTube continues to.......... run ads on those very same videos and thus generate revenue from them. Hmmmmmm🤔

Right now, the next best step is to make changes to your content based on the feedback given to you. We understand that this wasn't the outcome you were expecting with your channel's suspension from YPP, but you can check your Studio's Earn tab to know when you can reapply Also, keep in mind that YouTube might also place ads on videos in channels not in the YouTube Partner Program. More about it here: goo.gle/4ueprzf

YouTube is using AI to demonetize channels, and the people who respond are automated bots as well. Sign this petition to help get YouTube to stop this practice! c.org/pNsyjSGVF4

Your AI intro ≠ your actual gameplay = instant drop-off. When generating intro background scenes or images using AI, the visuals should match the actual game we’re playing. The goal is immediate immersion. ✅ If the intro looks like a random scene that doesn’t resemble the actual Roblox game, viewers subconsciously feel a disconnect between: The title / thumbnail The intro That disconnect causes early drop-off. Fix it: name the game (grow a garden, steal a brainrot, etc) write "Roblox stud style," attach a real screenshot, match the lighting + terrain.

The secret is to have something you're excited to do when you wake up. It takes a few months of learning, failure, and experimentation to find what that thing is, but once you do, everything is just... better.

HARSH Business Advice for Content Creators. As insane as it sounds you want about 5-7 income sources… And ideally no one income source should be more than 15-25% or it is holding your life hostage. That would be real diversification. Don’t SPEND more than 20-35% a month back into business operations. If you want to take a BIG Swing or throw money at a “banger video” it should come out of profit reserves, not cash flow. You want to operate on 20-35% of incoming cash, set aside 30% for taxes… This leaves 35-50% profit… you can now put away reserves for the business and pay yourself the rest to live comfortably As for your income sources: - Platform Revenue (Ad Revenue multiple platforms) - Sponsorship (3-5 recurring sponsors) - Affiliate Links (built into brand deals or in place of) - UGC - (great source of cash flow) - Product Sales and Merch (great source of cash flow) - Memberships/Subscriptions (strong monthly recurring revenue baseline) - Donations/Fan Funding (great for investing back into content) Most creators are not prioritizing growing these revenue streams enough individually and rely on inconsistent Ad Revenue, Sporadic Sponsorship… and Donations that Dwindle in a Recession. You need to be filling your pipeline with UGC opportunities often as possible… Promoting your products regularly (not when you feel like it)… And commit to selling 30-50% of your inventory per year of long form videos to sponsors and fill that pipeline as well. You also need to be building towards 100/500/1000 memberships for solid and sustained recurring revenue, Live stream 1-2 times a month (minimum) on a platform where donations exist so that your audience and directly support you and you can go deeper with them. Don’t ignore the value of Short Form content out of stubbornness… if you don’t want it to interfere with the feed or aesthetic or your main YouTube channel, run a clips channel and clip your live streams or make original short form there. Ideally you publish short form and monetize the other social media platforms while growing brand awareness. Subscriber growth may favor a quality over quantity approach and your peers may praise you for it… But from a pure business sense if you know deep down you’re not going to be a 1M-10M subscriber channel, you should from a CASH perspective be making 100-150 long form videos a year not counting live streaming. This would let you work with 3-5 consistent brand partners, or put another way… you can sell 30-75Ad Reads if you do… If you sell 30-75 Ad reads at $1500-$5000 … You would be earning $45,000-$375,000 Some creators sell 2x Ad Reads Per Video… so actually your earning potential on sponsors could be $90,000-$700,000 without you having to be a mega creator getting millions of views per upload. You’d just have to willing to have to some immature people say mean things on the intent and call you a sell out for not working a 9-5 job you hate as much as they do… But you’d be able to change your life and the life your family by treating content like a business, and not a hobby or art project or venting session.

@TeamYouTube Our video was just unfairly taken down from what i'm assuming was an AI system. This is the clip that was struck for "harmful or dangerous content". Please fix this ASAP as we just got monetized and our momentum has been ruined. This is not fair.

Don’t listen to anything your clients say. They’ll tell you the sweetest words about you and your editing, but that’s because they do it out of emotion in the moment, but I promise you that all those empty promises of giving you more work and raises won’t happen lol. If it’s that easy for them to praise you, it’s just as easy to fire you. These are dangerous clients, always work with those that operate under logic. If your clients don’t shower you with compliments and seem cold then it’s probably a good thing.

Communication is key. If you're upset with the quaility of work from your team members, tell them. They're not mind readers! Most the time they're happy to get the feedback, as they want their clients happy! Can't fix something if they don't know it's wrong.

It’s suspicious that YouTube is suddenly demonetizing tons of Roblox creators “for child safety.” Tbh, this feels less about protecting kids and more like YouTube trying to distance itself from Roblox amid all the recent controversies. A little warning before Christmas would have been nice @YouTube @TeamYouTube @Roblox

YouTube's AI Moderation has started demonetizing a lot of Roblox and Minecraft channels. A bunch of creators in the space got hit overnight. Everyone from large to small creators completely losing all monetization. Any word on what's going on? @nealmohan
