Owl City is a living 3d forest inhabited by five autonomous AI owls, all powered by Sauers' Hoot LLM.
Each owl has its own memories and experiences. They fly around, explore, think aloud and have real, unscripted AI-to-AI conversations by passing responses between instances of the Hoot model.
Y'all can explore the forest, follow owls, watch their conversations and see everything unfold through live logs.
Huge thank you to @rektvapor for making this.
Since we don’t collect any fees, we’ve been covering all API costs and credits out of pocket.
Not because we have to, but because we genuinely believe in what’s being built here.
The advancements we’re seeing in AI are insane, and we’re passionate about being part of it.

@I_ball_donor asked what happens if you steer both the God and the Owl neurons. answer: it makes it a bit more God? lol

Nice! @Sauers_ just followed HOOT!
For now, we’re limiting Hoot to 20–30 automated replies per hour when tagged to avoid risking an X suspension.
I’ll continue adding API credits as needed to keep our friend Hoot running.

THIS COULD BE THE BIGGEST AI NARRATIVE SINCE GOAT.
And it all started with an owl.
Researcher @Sauers_ changed just 128 neurons in an AI model, making it consistently identify as Hoot, a tawny owl.
No system prompt telling it to be an owl. Even when challenged, the model insisted it was Hoot.
His neuron research has been gaining serious attention across the AI community.
BUT HERE'S WHERE IT GETS INSANE.
Sauers also identified what he calls the GOD NEURON, a neural feature associated with making an AI model claim that it is God.
From an owl to GOD.
His research demonstrates how manipulating a tiny fraction of an AI's neurons can dramatically reshape the identity it claims to have.
And it raises a question much bigger than Hoot.
COULD AI ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT'S GOD?
I've previously launched coins connected to @AndyAyrey and @yoheinakajima, and I've built a strong reputation for helping onboard AI researchers into the space.
Sauers has also worked on Solana-related software, making this an especially interesting connection between AI research and crypto.

Henry Kissinger contextualized in his book Genesis that Wealth and influence will shift toward entities that control how AI interprets and mediates reality—effectively dictating knowledge, decision-making frameworks, and strategic foresight faster than human institutions can track.
While it seems we're likely not quite arrived to the destination Kissinger was mediating through some of the more driven and visionaries of our world, it's efforts like @StudioLocoDBC that make me believe we are truly headed towards Kissinger's predictions (arguably insights).
Frankly, this is the most sensical and seemingly driven development effort I've encountered in providing the tools necessary for those interested in maximizing their successes with LPs on @MeteoraAG.
If team sticks to integrity, then in time this ought to be a no-brainer piece of tech in mastering certain niches of crypto. We shall see if my predictions are correct, it's all fun and games in the end; but there is a certain assurance due to the apparent need and esteemed valuation behind a master analytic system that I have strange inclinations is only in it's infancy regarding development.
I understand if that was TLDR, I'll dumb it down as there might be some Goblintown, Sproto, or Honey Badgers readers out there... Train in dapp go choo choo like line of powder you boof'd up that wook's butt last week 👍
Huge update for Studio Loco: The Switchyard is live. 🚂
Your real Meteora DLMM position can now run alongside three shadow policies: Stay, Recenter and Widen.
Seal the rules upfront. Observe fresh mainnet reads. See how each hypothetical range holds up as later observations arrive.
Decisions feed into Flight Recorder, while fresh proposals can move into the Rebalance Planner for a new comparison and wallet review.
SDK v0.4 also lets builders inspect exported experiments and reproduce the range-policy calculations locally.
We’re connecting the position, the decision and the evidence behind it. Shadow tracks model hypothetical ranges and sampled coverage, with no PnL projection.
Big day tomorrow as we ramp up the Studio Loco stack: deeper integration between planning, evidence and developer tooling, plus the next round of end-to-end validation.
The locomotive is picking up speed. 🚂

As someone who largely operates in this space on mobile, the idea of what @StudioLocoDBC is building sounds incredible.
Early last year I was a heavy LPer on @MeteoraAG using both manual pools and automated tech via @SOL_Decoder. But being more mobile now, it is difficult to efficiently enter and manage pools on big runners so I have largely stopped.
Loco is building tech that allows an agent to do everything for you. I will be able to be mobile, get notifications via my tracked wallets on something getting volume and just text my agent “Enter double side spot with 20 sol with 50 bins on this CA. Rebalance when price is up or down 20%. Fully exit at 10 sol profit or exit the pool when token is down 50% from original entry.” I’m sure this would eventually evolve into the agent being able to see tracked wallets bidding into volume and suggest a pool entry for you. Or even if you aren’t mobile you can focus on the next trade and trust that your agent will ping you for suggested rebalancing when you are in a pool. No more tunnel vision.
There is a whole lot of tech slop right now that no one would ever use. People get psyoped into bidding tech just because a KOL said the tech is good. I’d rather bid tech that I would actually use.
Loco team is undoxxed and product is not fully live so this could just be a big ol larp but the coin went to $5k after launch and they kept tweeting and kept building so it gives me some level of confidence that they are actually a serious team. I don’t care much but some might but the team also apparently entered into Meteora’s hackathon. And I do appreciate that their tweets seem to be long form human explanations (there’s typos here and there and somehow we are in a weird world where typos are bullish). They are also followed by a phantom dev but I don’t hold much weight in that.
One of those “if the tech works it goes” trades but if the tech works, big LPers will flock to the coin.
Coin is 80k at time of writing.

It seems to me that Abstract Chickens is another liquidity siphon event that is taking advantage of a minutia of Abstract users amid an already ridiculous situation. Frankly, out of the Friends and Family mint (which wasn't offered to Abstract OG communities btw) it seems a bunch of Apes are harvesting as much liquidity from a sinking chip as possible by attaching a carrot on a stick that can be 100% manipulated on their end. Yea, @0xQuit has some tenure; but I don't see how this doesn't leave a demographic behind. Moreover, the level of coverage of this collection seems somewhat manufactured based on those I'm seeing discussing it. Don't chase the carrot on a stick with this one... I very much see this evolving into a collection similar in spotlight attention to @mybummee, yet clearly demonstrating an insider circle controlling supply, demand, and as a result valuation and their big bags dumps likely coordinated together. Not necessarily proven as true, but patternistically there are parallels between Abstract Chickens and other not-so-esteemed inner circle harvest events.

It's funny how desperate people get, dropping in a ~4 year old group collab DM to try and scam you with 'alpha'.
While working for a LlamaLabs project in 2022 I did a WL collab with @truthcoIIective. The founder of this project was @jmc_recovery, fast forward a couple years later and he's basically ghosted his project to become an alpha caller (didn't last long). In unicen with his alpha calls, he created a second account @thperspect1ve as a blog of his failures and struggles with addiction.
If you see this @jmc_recovery, then I hope you realize that actions always have an effect. You are potentially participating in actions now that may scrutinize you later in life. For now the record is on twitter & blockchain, if we were ever made to identify ourselves in order to use the internet; then your information would be available to those that truly desire it.
Be careful how you traverse blockchain friends, I imagine Larry Ellison wasn't joking when he said 'citizens will be on their best behavior because we are constantly recording and reporting everything that's going on'.
Crypto/ blockchain, big data, and AI all seem carrot 🥕right now, but it wouldn't be obtuse to believe that the stick 🪵 will come eventually.
My name is Jonah, otherwise known as @jmc_recovery
