There was term used in the last session that caused offence to the Paramedics in the room. My opinion is that @smaccteam absolutely showed #extremeownership of that mistake. Paramedics attending conferences breakdown the silos and develop mutual appreciation for the health team.

Great advice from this afternoon's Mindfulmess workshop with Phil Dobson at #SMACC With regards to negative/stress association to pager alert tones, consider rotating your pager through the different alert tones so you don't create an unnecessary stress response
