Thread about icons.
With Google's new icon strategy, they seem to have moved away from a family-approach to a company-approach.
Previously there was a Google style, but families differentiated by shape & colour. Family style is great, but I guess hard to scale to 100s of apps.
What do you think of this UI pattern?

Interesting updates in the new Sketch 69:
• Color Variables: edit them once, they update *everywhere* 🎨
• Components view: a neat overview of all the components in your active document 💠
• Insert window: search to insert any component (just hit `C`) 🕵️♂️
