This is “Mass Deportation.” This. A wife sobbing in her scrubs because she’s a healthcare worker. And her husband shot in the back while working as a DoorDash driver. There’s no “mass deportation” without human carnage and shredding the Constitution.
A Venezuelan man was shot by ICE today in Austin, TX. I spent hours outside the hospital with his wife, who told me he called just after he was shot.

Diesel prices are now above $6.50 a gallon, a new record high, because of President Trump’s war of choice in Iran. When diesel goes up, so does the price of everything else, from the food we eat to the clothes we wear, because it’s the fuel that our economy runs on.

Your can of pumpkin puree is squash. Libby's grows and cans a tan, oblong variety from the butternut family and labels it 100% pure pumpkin.
That's legal, and FDA has said so in writing since 1938. Their compliance guide tells canners the agency will not take action against the word pumpkin on anything made from golden fleshed, sweet squash. Pumpkin has no real botanical definition and it's a word for certain types of squash.
The variety is called Dickinson, the same species as butternut, and Libby's grows it by the thousands of acres around its cannery in Morton, Illinois.
Libby's makes about 85% of the canned pumpkin in the country and doesn't hide any of this. Nestle's own harvest release names the variety and says outright that pumpkin is a form of squash.

This arch is an insult to military families with loved ones buried at Arlington Cemetery. The fact that Tom Emmer has sat meekly silent is yet another piece of evidence that he cares more about worshipping the President than honoring our fallen servicemembers and their families.

We sent both campaigns for Minnesota's 6th Congressional District the same 13 questions on Sept. 3 — taxes, health care, ICE, tariffs, Iran, the SAVE Act, fraud, the farm bill, data centers, abortion, guns, term limits.
Every question was tied to a specific vote or bill, so answers could be checked.
@ChapinForMN6's campaign answered all 13. His responses are published in full, as received.
Rep. @GOPMajorityWhip Tom Emmer's campaign and office did not respond to the questionnaire or the Sept. 18 follow-up. So his column is built from his record: roll-call votes, bills he sponsored, letters he signed, his own transcripts. Where the record answers the question, the cell says so. Where it only supports an inference, the we say that. Where there's nothing, it says "Position cannot be inferred."
