Congressman Finstad took tens of thousands of dollars from a Chinese state-owned corporation, and then voted to protect them from lawsuits and make it easier for them to buy more of our farmland.

Historic flooding hit the New Richland area today, shutting down roadways and damaging folks' homes and businesses. I drove out to see the damage firsthand and met with city officials to learn more about the potential investments that would prevent this from happening in the future, including infrastructure to reroute built-up groundwater.

I visited Bleed Heart Floral in the Mazeppa area this week, and I listened to their concerns with the proposed massive 765kW power line that would run right through their farm and surrounding community, likely putting them out of business.
