Ongoing LSA fake review shit show.
Fake review attack moved from GMB to LSA. Now 10 fake LSA reviews, all have had report filed individually
Response came back denying takedown with NO INDICATION of which of the 10 were denied and NO APPEAL opportunity.

Number or reviews is the #1 Google Local Services Ads ranking factor, which incentivizes and encourages a massive fake review problem.
There is no process to report the reviews or abusers.
Google needs to fix this, and the FTC needs to get involved at this point.

That path to report reviews is like heading down a deep, dark hole… with no feedback and worse NO ACTION…. A business should have a single process to cope with fake reviews that impact their local presence.
