Dallas County deserves a County Judge focused on the people.
Public service should mean transparency, accountability, and putting taxpayers first.
It’s time for a new direction.

Stop #29 — Terrell! Great to be in Kaufman County talking about the importance of taking GO TEXAN beyond just a logo and turning it into a powerful tool that connects Texas farmers and ranchers directly with consumers. Texans want to know where their food comes from, and we have an opportunity to make it easier than ever to buy directly from Texas producers!
A special thank you to @SenatorBobHall, State Representative Keith Bell, @TexasGOP SREC Member Bruce Bishop, and Kaufman County Republican Party Chair Jody Deller for joining us!
Fiscal conservatism means responsible spending, lower taxes, and making every taxpayer dollar count. Texas Republicans have prioritized these principles through property tax relief, including raising the school district homestead exemption to $140,000, and advocating for balanced budgets and limited government. Prop A asks Dallas County taxpayers for $100M+ more.
Before raising taxes, we should have a clear plan, measurable goals, and real oversight of every dollar spent.
Accountability has to come first.

Punish the crime. Treat the cause. Protect the public.
When a diagnosed mental illness or addiction significantly contributes to a crime, punishment should do more than address what happened—it should help prevent it from happening again.
That’s why I’ve drafted the Texas Behavioral Health Alternative Sentencing and Record Restoration Act.
My proposal would allow carefully screened offenders to serve their sentences through court-ordered treatment and supervision, including secure or residential treatment when needed, instead of conventional jail or prison confinement. The sentence remains. The **accountability** remains. What changes is how the punishment is served.
Here’s what the bill would do:
✅ Address the underlying illness or addiction, with the goal of reducing repeat offenses.
✅ Protect victims through restitution requirements, safety conditions, and continued court oversight.
✅ Require unanimous approval from three qualified clinical professionals before release or step-down from secure or residential treatment—with the court or appropriate release authority retaining the final decision.
✅ Give successful first-offense participants an opportunity to earn record expunction, and eligible young people an opportunity to have their juvenile records sealed, after meeting strict requirements.
✅ Exclude serious crimes and commercial drug dealing, limit repeat eligibility, and allow return to conventional confinement when participants cannot safely remain in the program.
This is proposed legislation—not current law—and it is not a free pass. It is a demanding opportunity to complete the punishment, address the problem, and build a better future.

Dallas County has a $1.7 billion budget. Taxpayers deserve to know those dollars are being managed responsibly.
As County Judge, I’ll look for waste, demand measurable results, and make every department accountable for the money it spends.

Texas families deserve clean, fresh food grown right here at home. When we support local producers over out-of-state and foreign suppliers, we strengthen our supply chain and put healthier food on Texas tables. Let's Grow Better Food and Grow Food Better.
RECORD. NOT RHETORIC. Read the record. Read the Texas Promise Plan. The choice is clear; we can't afford crazy democrat ideas and spending. Vote Ken Paxton and protect Texas.
A look at cases and actions from Ken Paxton’s record as Attorney General:
• Texas border security litigation
• Human trafficking prosecutions
• Child sex trafficking convictions
• $1.375 billion Google privacy settlement
• $1.4 billion Meta biometric privacy settlement
• Billions secured through opioid settlements
• Healthcare fraud prosecutions and recoveries
• Election law litigation
• Big Tech and consumer privacy enforcement
Look at the record.
Complacency is the apathy of acceptance.
