Yeah they share the characteristics of all the other JRU accounts to the tea. They have many music accounts right now many of which are unmarked on vgen.

Yes it violates the group account policy if the client is not made aware of how they operate. Most of the the bad brokers don’t do this and present themselves as individuals in their tos and bios but still have account for some reason.
Enforcing this rule would help a lot.
It says examples is it more than just one examples that’s AI generated?

My account was suspended over AI content found in a thumbnail featuring artwork provided by my client, not created by me. I've tried explaining everything, but I'm still unsure what else I can do 😭
This is my livelihood, and I've spent so much time building my little music journey from scratch. I just hope I can get a fair chance to sort this out

Individual / Studio. The % of JRUhub accounts in that zone are much lower than in the broker zone where the large majority are JRU.
Untill vgen finds a way to remove them without effecting the ethical ones
Having monitored new broker accounts. They get verified from real commissions.
Their biggest payment is them getting new art and models for new personas for the new accounts + raffles.
They already have 100+ codes from their verified accounts accumulating them.
There are quite a few accounts that use AI assistance for music.
Vgen is having a big issue rn with AI generation and their support system. It’s also hard to tell / prove for both art and music.
Easiest solution is just enforce this policy they already have. If an account is caught lying / their TOS and Bio are misleading they should get banned. Currently their mark is just changed. Good brokers are transparent JRU are not. Then after atleast you know who is who
They have taken over Fiverr completely and Etsy are now nesting in Vgen. They will do the same to whatever platform becomes popular in the future. Even comms gg has some on their site from JRU that are unmarked. Draw market and Pipipen is next
The solution is not to get rid of them. It would only have very extreme temporary effect, but there many JRUHUB accounts rn that are still marked as individuals. So it doesn’t even fully solve that.
And Jiang are based in US. They are English / Chinese based + advertising style and art style are not JRU like. In addition their TOS and account is not deceptive at all

A JRU broker stole their ych concept. Also if you check their vgen, bots an example of what a good broker is you can see the artists involved and if you search them up they actually have a real portfolio.
The artists are all trained to do the same style. So if one studio has too much work they can give it to someone else etc. the style is also appealing to vtubers so maximizes their sales.
If they had different styles then they can’t outsource the work without getting caught
