Easiest solution is just enforce this policy they already have. If an account is caught lying / their TOS and Bio are misleading they should get banned. Currently their mark is just changed. Good brokers are transparent JRU are not. Then after atleast you know who is who
Their vgen time zone is also vastly difference to their actual location (Indonesia/SEA) they are unfortunately a broker account. Unfortunately JRU have been reported to often hire underage artists extremely cheaply. Art style and advertising also matches

I agree to an extent. Though I think something even bigger they don’t crack down on are the broker accounts pretending to be individuals when they are confirmed brokers which violates this transparency policy that is seldom upheld
