Massive long shot but can anyone identify this transistor in the LO amplifier of an Agilent E4407B spectrum analyser? CLIP says it's an ATF-13336 but the biasing resistor are different values and the transistor marking is "P25" not "133" as expected for that part.

Maybe someone here knows this chip - 2126 MSUA215.1 for now I know it is connected to the input of sound amplifier chip. It is probably connect to 2 CM4 gpio pins. But we cannot get sound so it may have some OE
