Mustafa Chike-Obi, former Chairman of Fidelity Bank, says interest rates are too high and foreign exchange is too strong.
If fx goes to N700/$1, the CBN would lose $25 billion because they are long dollars and short naira. so their liabilities would double and dollars would have value.
And if this happens, Nigeria would be a disaster, all the naira would chase the dollars.
