Today marks one year since I started working in Fintech, and it's been an interesting and valuable learning experience. I started out as just a Frontend Dev, but I have since grown into not just a solid Software Engineer, but one capable of designing scalable and performant systems, because in Fintech, speed matters, and one of the lessons that has stuck with me is the importance of securing users' data to remain NDPA/GDPR compliant, which was taught during one of our data security training sessions. So here's to one year, and more ahead.🥂
