Originators and managers are turning to FIDCs at a record pace.
6,224 new funds registered with the CVM since 2019, 3.3 new funds for every one that closed.
→ Registrations accelerated from 2023 and hit a record 1,543 in 2025
→ Net balance: 4,344 new funds in the market
→ Closed-end structures dominate every vintage, giving portfolios stable capital
→ Most new funds are multi-investor vehicles

Brazil's FIDC market reached a significant milestone: net assets crossed R$ 1 trillion in June 2026.
Since January 2019, the market has grown 6.7x, a compound annual growth rate of 28.5%:
- Credit rights at risk reached R$ 487.8 bn.
- The number of funds filing monthly reports rose from 901 in 2019 to about 4,400.
- The 2024 implementation of CVM Resolution 175 introduced class-level reporting, adding operational transparency with no interruption in credit origination.
The FIDC has become a leading engine of financial disintermediation and real-economy financing in Brazil.
