Colorado is 1 of just 7 states that provides Medicaid to people here illegally. Next year $32 million will be spent on healthcare for illegal immigrants.
That is money that should be going to lawful beneficiaries instead.

I’m going to say this loud for the people in the back……you know what protects your kids from social media? Not paying for a smart phone loaded with apps that contain social media… If social media is the problem, buy your kids a flip phone. Legislating social media companies is not the solution, AND infringing on first amendment rights is CERTAINLY not the solution. Parents need to be more accountable and stop counting on the government to be the nanny state… I’m sick of it.

I will be a “NO” vote to override Polis’ veto of SB-086. While this bill has great intentions to protect our children, it chips away at our liberties and the rights of private industry. I cannot in good conscience contribute to this type of invasive, government overreach.

Also, I'm not sure these are the folks you want running this in Colorado. Looks like they're not using it in a way I believe you would.
