Uhhh I’d lay low on this issue when 800,000 voters just got sent a ballot with an issue they have no right to vote on.
#copolitics
Colorado’s elections are the gold standard.
Our same-day registration, open primaries, and mail-in-ballot program encourage some of the highest voter turnout rates in the nation.
Colorado’s leaders are working to keep our elections safe & secure and call out misinformation.

Incredibly misleading (I’d actually call it a lie) to say mandated treatment for users is a “tougher penalty.” It’s like you guys actually want people to keep dying from fentanyl.
Yes on Prop 132 to save lives! #copolitics

.@SecRubio: "Too often, these days, we build downwards. We design our standards to ensure that no one will lose. We preoccupy ourselves more with the comfort of the worst than the potential of the best. We hold the most exceptional things among us hostage to the average."
.@SecRubio: "The things we owe to this place as Americans — and as Westerners — are actually far, far deeper... What blossomed here in this place was the Western desire to uncover all that ignorance, darkness, and distance had kept hidden from the mind of man."

SECRETARY RUBIO: “Nationalism” became a dirty word. So we tore down our monuments, we condemned our own history, and in too many places we taught our children to be ashamed of the countries they would inherit. In the process we opened our borders, and outsourced our industry, and allowed our militaries to wither and to decay.

You know who’s supporting Prop 132 that nearly every reporter fails to disclose? 5 orgs led by parents in CO who lost their children to fentanyl overdoses.
They’re tired of politicians failing to put dealers away & happy citizens are finally acting to save lives. #copolitics

This week's Perspective, via @KBBColorado: "In reality, these two measures give a blank check to politicians. Voting yes on these measures gives them a permission slip to charge countless fees, send jobs out of Colorado, risk military and seniors’ tax deductions and take your TABOR refunds forever. Talk about reckless." #copolitics

More relevant than ever now that 195 made the ballot ⬇️
Conservatives are always asked to disavow people with violent or discriminatory rhetoric - even when we don’t campaign with them. Only fair to do the same with @BellPolicy and @cdegruykennedy now. #copolitics
Just FYI to media and everyone covering the progressive income tax hike (Initiative 195), this is the guy who came to Colorado to campaign for it with @YZokaie. ⬇️
Probably worth pointing out and asking @BellPolicy’s thoughts… #copolitics

Check out my latest oped about why the progressive tax hike would hurt Colorado. #copolitics gazette.com/2026/08/02/persp…
Coloradans agree: taxes should be kept low! The government does not need more $$ earned by working families. #copolitics
Yeah and this is the guy coming in to Colorado to campaign for @cdegruykennedy’s and @BellPolicy’s tax hike.
When you have to bring in someone promoting a communist leader responsible for over 70 million deaths, it’s time to question the policy. #copolitics
1) Elon Musk isn't a Coloradan. Sorry, but you can't tax him more.
2) If you pass your measure, these corporations will leave the state, so you won't make them pay at all.
3) When corporations leave a state, working people lose jobs.
4) No one is scared of you.

Colorado keeps facing painful cuts to education, healthcare, and food for hungry kids. The most powerful corporations in the state want us to think theres nothing we can do. But that's not true. We 👏🏽 can 👏🏽 tax 👏🏽 them 👏🏽
