“We don’t grow unless we feel uncomfortable.” I am very happy to announce that I have taken the role of stadium announcer for @HartpuryRFC in the Green King IPA Championship. Massive speaking challenge, but I cant wait to start this Friday evening.

Something special is happening at @StowRFC. The new section is growing by the week having started with just 4 players and 1 coach. The little club on the hill is growing… @CoachNicJones @GRFUrugby @WomensSport @Womens6Nations @WSportsAlliance @ScrumQueens @GR_CommunityDpt

Marcus Smith was slow to turn there, do you think Kurt-Lee Arendse did his analysis?

Great to see a member of the South African staff respectfully - but firmly - escorting a resistant Siya Kolisi from the field for a HIA just 7 minutes before he’d get to celebrate a deserved tour-ending victory. Exactly the level of care the game has to demonstrate 👏🏻 #ENGvRSA
