Congrats to Arianna Garcia for winning the Florida Dairy Farmers Girls Track Athlete if the Year. She was the FHSAA 100h and 400h State Champion. She was also a member of our State Runner Up 4x400m relay. #WeAreSacredHeart
I coach in Miami. We practice at 6am. We do this because it is too hot to practice afterschool. As a matter of fact, here's a notice from 9:40am today saying it's too hot to practice. – at Coral Gables, FL

Beyond honored that the @HeraldSports has named me Miami-Dade Track and Field Coach of the Year. This honor is something I dreamed of but never thought would be a reality. Miami-Dade track is some of the best track in the country. This award means everything. #WeAreSacredHeart
