Exciting news! @worldvisioncan @d_asrat just participated in the #IMNCH2023, where we presented our latest research on haemoglobin monitoring in Tanzania. Our study sheds light on the critical need for early detection and intervention in maternal and newborn health.

After the historic commitments #Canada made to supporting girls' education worldwide during G7 Charlevoix, it's disappointing that those promises aren't renewed in #Budget2023— a blow to the futures of four million girls learning through Canadian-supported education projects.
Canada has failed to #KeepThePromise of renewing commitments to foreign aid in #Budget2023.
Not investing in foreign aid jeopardizes the progress of vulnerable communities across the world facing the brunt of crises like conflict and hunger.

Thank you @JustinTrudeau @HarjitSajjan for this important commitment! Proud to see 🇨🇦 stepping up to help those who are hardest hit by the global hunger crisis. Hopefully this motivates other leaders at the #G7Summit to do the same.
Millions worldwide urgently need access to food and nutrition support due to rising prices caused by Putin’s unjustifiable war. That's why 🇨🇦 will provide an additional $250M to our key humanitarian partners. We will help more people, in more places, across the #GlobalSouth.
