Went to @money2020. Reflections: - after 10+ yrs in fintech it’s awesome to see so many (real life!) friends at the event - old school networking is still cringey… but I hate to say it, actually fairly productive - walked 15k steps both days - Vegas is still a horrible place

It is truly amazing to see John Oliver make a (very well researched) episode on the topic of psychedelics and mental health. Beyond grateful to the work of my husband @fedeum (and the entire @MAPS team) for powering the research behind this revolution. youtube.com/watch?v=a546lxxJ…

Had 2 catch ups with 2 amazing women investors today. The amount of support and vulnerability that we are able to show one another is truly heartwarming, and not something that’s immediately apparent to outsiders. Almost like being part of a secret society.

Interested in learning more about the 🔬science behind psychedelics ✨ but you are too lazy to read the Michael Pollan’s book? Good news, Netflix just made it into a mini series! netflix.com/us/title/8022984…

Wow. Kind of regretting my decision to give up wanting to be an astronaut to explore the universe...

Psychedelics and MDMA can make a real difference to mental health, especially for extreme depression and PTSD. We should take this seriously.

Things you need in order to have a career as a mother imo: - a supportive spouse that wants to (and actually does) share the load at least 50/50 - a supportive work environment - a spouse with a supportive work environment Note how none of these are “superpowers”.

If I were to have one overarching ethos for founding my business, it would be this: Excellent jobs should not be limited to a handful of wealthy western cities. Everyone has a dream life, and everyone should have the opportunity to achieve it.
I am 6 months pregnant and it really bothers me when people touch my belly without asking. I figured out the solution: if someone touches it without asking for permission, I do the same to them. It weirds them out instantly. I bet they won’t do it again.

What a cool experience to speak at @TechCrunch #earlystage! Bonus: my whole Italian family was in attendance too. Even if my mom speaks no English, she was excited to see what the buzz was all about. Thanks for having me!

I was struck by the variety of ideas & diversity of founders in attendance. A lot of international folks with a ton of energy. I met refugees founders, women founders, and people of all ages looking to launch their startup. Great job @TechCrunch in attracting such a great group!
