Simply stunning footage.
Notice how quickly Ursula von der Leyen exits the frame. The aggressive posturing underscores just how tense this situation actually is.

Think #tariffwar hurt China or #Canada?
Think again.
These are just massive taxes on YOU, the American consumer.
Higher prices on everything from cars to groceries—while billionaires laugh all the way to the bank.
You’ve been scammed!

The speech by @JustinTrudeau was nothing short of historic. The commitment to safeguarding Canadian industries through counter-tariffs is true statesmanship. The best and most powerful speech of his career!

In my 1st decade of life, I remember waiting in the hot dusty car during the construction of this bridge. My dad was explaining the why of it all, while I felt like coughing up a lung. Now I am grateful to have been a witness.
The Dunvegan Bridge, an architectural marvel spanning the #PeaceRiver, stands as a gateway to Northern #Alberta's rich history and breathtaking landscapes. A must-see for every traveler.

Hi, everyone! I am pleased to share that I just finished a massive blog post on aurora forecasting that I am sharing with the world today! Check it out:
theauroraguy.com/blogs/blog/…
I worked many hours on this resource which I think is a pretty comprehensive and accurate guide for explaining everything starting with the Sun all the way down to the aurora (from Sun to Mud as they say)! I am not a scientist (officially, yet), so while I did do a ton of research for this article, if there are any inaccuracies, please let me know ASAP! I tried to steer away from the hardcore science of the aurora (which will be covered by a later AGU book, hopefully), and instead, I focused on broad-brush concepts and my own strategies for forecasting the lights.
Please share this with other aurora chasers and anyone else who you think would benefit.
Obviously, I couldn't squeeze everything into a single blog post, but I tried my best to keep things complete and actionable. Furthermore, I crammed the blog post full of links and other resources so that you can do your own digging if you're interested in specific things (like how the Kp index is derived, how CME flux ropes work, etc.).
I am actually in the process of submitting a proposal to the American Geophysical Union to publish a book on auroras, collaborating with aurora chasers and scientists. This would probably be released late next year, but would be an excellent resource for everyone. In the interim, I do plan on releasing my own e-book on aurora forecasting around the holidays.
If you would like to support my efforts, I invite you to check out some of my aurora-themed products on my site. One of the most popular products is the magic mug:

Thanks, everyone, and please give me any feedback you have about this post.
