Union vote is proving to be huge tonight.
Compared with 10-point general ballot, union voters are:
+21 for Dems
15% of the vote share—highest in recent history.

I just got back from the House floor, where I started the process to force a vote on my bill to restore the union rights that President Trump stripped from federal workers earlier this year.
A majority of the House signed my discharge petition to undo the single largest act of union-busting in our nation’s history. Now it’s time to have a vote, and show America’s workforce that Congress has their back.

We have the bill AND the bipartisan support to restore union rights for 1 million federal workers!
It’s time to get it done.

Broadcast didn’t show it. The supporters did.
@SteelArmy, @tulsa_83_united, @918brigade & 300+ fans held up signs calling out:
PRO REL? TRY PRO STANDARDS FIRST.
Thank you to every supporter who stood with the players tonight.

I will be posting more frequently over there because it’s way better than this place. Hard to describe why. It’s like the difference between listening to static and listening to music. You should try it.
By a mile, this may be my favorite tweet.
Twitter is like you were at a party & it was ok but the homeowners changed mid-party & now the party features the world’s most annoying man -the new host- popping into your conversations with stupid stories & generally making everything suck. Look at the time. It’s getting late.

Standing on the picket line with @NYTGuildTech
Management could end this strike today by coming to the table and agreeing to a fair contract. Instead, the company is risking a major disruption on Election Day.

If you can’t agree to just cause in the year of our lord 2024 you deserve the trouble.

Oof. Think of any policy that might be good for jobs/working people. Johnson has not had the precise convo with Trump about every such policy, but he has a hunch: he suspects Trump will want that nice thing destroyed, whatever it is, and is eager to work with him to destroy it.

The fact that ABC supports this tyrant and broadcasts their pleasure in being mentioned at this fascist event on the very day that Trump’s long-rumored feelings for the Nazi regime are publicly confirmed, is sickening.

JD Vance scabs less than 2 weeks before Election Day in a battleground state in a union town. It’s nothing short of Vance sticking his middle finger up at every union family who has sacrificed to win union contracts & build a middle class.
Replying to @gaufre

JD Vance is a scab just like anybody else who crosses a picket line. If you respect workers, you respect a picket line by striking workers.

Huge win for labor today out of Ontario, where 800 Walmart workers at a major distribution center voted to unionize (the first American or Canadian Walmart warehouse in history to do so) much credit goes to the organizers at @UniforTheUnion as well for their creativity and skill
Eight hundred workers near Toronto have won the first Walmart warehouse union in the U.S. or Canada.
They've unionized the Walmart distribution center in Mississauga, Ontario, an hour from the U.S. border.

Donald Trump’s Project 2025 eliminates unions for public sector workers, and the impact of that hurts everyone. Lower wages, worse benefits, and fewer unions.
The stakes couldn’t be clearer.
