The TS4's macOS Firmware Update is now available! Check out the knowledge base article and download the update here:

We are making the unfortunate decision to delay the TS4's macOS Thunderbolt Firmware Updater for now. In our final internal test of the updater, we ran into some instability that needs to be addressed before the macOS updater is available to the public.
The TS4 Firmware Update addressing M1 sleep issues is here.
We're releasing the update on Windows today, and it will be available on macOS on Tuesday along with a knowledge base walkthrough article.

Our TS4's new firmware version is imminent. This will address the sleep/wake behavior appearing on M1 devices. We're going through some final housekeeping for the update and will launch it later this week for both macOS and Windows.
We're aware of a development between the TS4, some Mac computers, and the latest macOS 12.3. After affected devices wake from sleep, some ports on the TS4 stop functioning, with the only immediate remedy being to fully reboot the computer. Below are current fixes and findings.
Option 2 - Roll back macOS to 12.0.1, which predates this behavior.

We're happy to report that the T4 Element hub is available for pre-order. Check it out now at: caldigit.com/thunderbolt-4-e….
CalDigit Support to the rescue! Going to Thunderbolt 4 is something that we are unlikely to update via firmware, so I'd look out for a new CalDigit dock that can use Thunderbolt 4 in the near future...
@CalDigit has won the hub market as far as I am concerned. They solved my problem once and for all. When I buy a TB4 hub, it will be from them. Or will I be able to just upgrade the firmware of my current Caldigit TB3 plus?
We've received questions from macOS users regarding display abilities of the SOHO dock. To answer these questions (and because quarantine is boring), we've listed all macOS computers released since 2017 and the refresh rates they can use at 4K resolution.
