Labour confirmed last year that buses in Wales would be brought under public control by 2030. There was no tabloid condemnation of the Labour FM. No claims Eluned Morgan was a dictator. The story was covered maturely and presented positively by the BBC.

He is on the cusp of adulthood, just as Scotland is on the cusp of statehood.
