In 1924, the Protestant supremacists of the Ku Klux Klan came to South Bend to intimidate Catholics. They expected Catholics to cower in fear. Instead, they met the Fighting Irish. Wrong town. Wrong Catholics. โ˜˜๏ธ

What David's post means, in plain English: 1๏ธโƒฃ Celtic's shares trade on AIM, the London Stock Exchange's market for smaller companies. AIM Rule 26 says every company on it must keep certain information on its website and keep it current: who the directors are, which board committees exist and who sits on them. It's how shareholders see who's running the company. 2๏ธโƒฃ Board committees do specific jobs. The Nomination Committee finds and recommends new directors. The Remuneration Committee sets what directors are paid. Each needs a minimum number of members present to make a valid decision. That minimum is called a quorum. Below it, the committee is "inquorate" and can't properly decide anything. 3๏ธโƒฃ The public record. Celtic's 2025 Annual Report lists three Nomination Committee members: Peter Lawwell (chair), Dermot Desmond and Tom Allison. Lawwell left the board on 31 December 2025. Allison retired on 15 April 2026. On those numbers, one of the three is left. 4๏ธโƒฃ On 18 September 2026 Celtic announced two new non-executive directors. So the fair question is this: which committee recommended them, who sat on it, and was it quorate? These are the kind of questions shareholders are entitled to ask, and Celtic should be able to answer them simply. If the website is out of date, update it. If the committees have been rebuilt, tell us who's on them. Shareholders deserve to see how decisions are made. That's all this is about.
It looks like @CelticFC AIM Rule 26 pages are not being kept up to date. It also appears that the Nomination and Remuneration committees are inquorate following Lawwell and Allisonโ€™s resignations. @celticCSL @CG_Driven

No vax for HIV after 40 years of research... No vax for cancer after more than 100 years of research... No vax for the common cold since 1600 BCE... Yet a virus mysteriously appears & within 12 months a 'vax' is found by 4 pharma companies all within 1 week...

VAR has its faults for sure, but we are FAR better off with it to achieve fair results. That ridiculous offside call against maeda in the final game could have cost Celtic the championship. It levels the playing field

An absolute fuckin liberty! @ACSOMPOD are not only persona non grata at Celtic Park, but apparatchiks of the regime have been actively contacting ex players to undermine the business. Effectively forbidding them from working with PJD, if they ever want to work for the club again. Thats what theyโ€™re spending their time doing, rather than doing their feckin jobs. So, @PaulJohnDykes brings over Didier from feckin Bangkok and puts him up for a week, ALL expenses paid, to do a gig at Graces for 150 people. Do you think @ACSOMPOD made any money out of that? Now, thatโ€™s business. You win some, you lose some. But, for Celtic to hijack Didier for flag day & a pod, is rank fuckin hypocrisy and typical of the back handed, undermining, sneaky, petty way in which they deal with fan media in general, and PJD in particular. Some very, very small men in this regime, focussed on entirely the wrong things.
New podcast episode ๐Ÿšจ Didier Agathe is the latest guest on the pod, looking back on his playing days at Paradise and sharing brilliant stories and memories from throughout his career. Full episode available now โคต๏ธ @CelticView | #CelticFC๐Ÿ€

They convinced you that 20 days holiday a year is generous. That working until you're 67 is normal. That one full time job just isn't enough to actually live on. They're making you slaves so they can have 3 castles, 8 yachts and a spaceship.
