Literally 100's if not 1000's have no one out here to fight for them! Then there are the ones who don't have the mental capability to understand the process at all and yes, our justice system locks them up too! They ALL deserve a system that works and advocates!

The @AZCorrections budget will hit $1.3B this year. It has increased ~60M each of the last several years. The pop. ⬇️ from ~44K to ~39K. Still no locks. ADCRR spending millions on ct. appeals and contempt fines. This isn’t cost of incarceration. This is cost of incompetence.
