Adventures of LULU #XLBully & TUKTUK #Staffy...๐๐๐
We want to thank you all for the most epic year and love hearing all the laughs and messages of support ๐๐ป. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Bullyโs of the #UK right now and we hope 2024 can bring some realisation that banning isnโt the answer but education and licensing is the way forward โค๏ธ. We will continue to work on showing the world that Bullyโs are the kindest, most loving and loyal natured dogs and if we can change just one persons perception each day, then we are making progress in the world ๐พ. Love Lulu, Tuktuk & Family ๐ #AU

WELCOME HOME BRUNO!
Bruno was returned home today as NOT a banned breed. His owner does have a fully exempt XL Bully but it never occurred to her that Bruno, a Staffy cross Mastiff, might be mistaken as a banned breed.

Breeding needs to be properly regulated to prevent cases of neglect, abuse and abandonment. SB4G are calling for a modernised licensing system to ensure responsible breeding practices and promote a culture of accountability among owners.

๐ WELCOME HOME NALA, SIMBA AND SCAR ๐
At the end of last month we were contacted by a distraught owner, her dogs had been seized. All 3 dogs were assessed by a dog legislation officer, all 3 have been found NOT banned breeds & are now back home with their very relieved owner.

๐ GOOD LUCK BANDIT ๐
Banditโs appeal against his destruction order is today. At a previous court hearing, his owner was unrepresented & court ruled that Bandit should be destroyed. Today is his appeal hearing against that ruling,
Bandit is seized as a Pit Bull type dog.

๐ BANDIT WILL BE GOING HOME ๐
We now have official confirmation that the destruction order previously placed on Bandit has been lifted.
His owner's partner has been given leave to apply for exemption, this means Bandit will come home as an exempt Pit Bull type dog.

ROCCO HAS BEEN GRANTED EXEMPTION
Rocco was seized as a suspected XL Bully in mid March.
@FourLegsLaw part of Cohen Cramer Solicitors took the case under legal aid, this meant no fundraising was needed. Rocco will be coming home as an exempt dog once the paperwork is completed.
