Hi Hector! The Network Cost is a fee charged to purchasers which helps to cover BitPay's miner fee cost in order to combine funds for processing (UTXO sweep). This is a variable fee depending on BTC/BCH network conditions. For BCH payments, the current Network Cost is $0 🙂
