So I went to the @BandQ to collect my item but they said they don't have it. And furthermore they're not expecting it and will refund me. What's going on there?

Update: item was out of stock (presumably due to a mis-count) so "available now" was either a bug or some operator error which will be reported to the relevant department.

@thetrainline I nearly bought a more expensive ticket because my cheap train was cancelled. Luckily I checked because the train is not cancelled!

Apologies: There was a train at the same time but many of its destinations were cancelled, including mine. Station staff misadvised me.

It took me a while to realise that the maintenance page is a redirect, so just hitting F5 doesn't work because you're just refreshing the maintenance page even when maintenance is over. Might want to fix that!

Nm. Finally figured out that the piles of boxes don't represent all the SKUs, and there are in fact staff to fetch things from out back if you look hard enough and don't take their excuses about it not being their area.
