Not only has the Elizabeth Line transformed how millions of Londoners and visitors get across our city - but it shows us how beautiful and passenger-friendly new infrastructure projects can be 💜
The Elizabeth line is the public’s all-time favourite @RIBA Stirling Prize winning project! 🏆💜
Two years after winning the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize in 2024, it’s another proud moment for London’s transport network 👏

A deserving RIBA Stirling Prize winner, thanks to your public vote.
Opening the Elizabeth line remains one of my proudest achievements. We inherited a project facing major challenges, but today it supports more than 700,000 journeys a day, contributes £42bn to the UK economy and is the UK's busiest and most popular railway.
It's a powerful reminder of how important it is to dream and invest big in large-scale transport infrastructure projects.

Reform in Bexley stood a candidate who shared a post claiming Queen Elizabeth II was a lizard.
In neighbouring Bromley, they had a candidate elected who says in this video that King Charles III is secretly a muslim.
Apparently their vetting procedures are completely in order.
