hello i published this paper today proud of this one - it truly turned out cooler than even the most optimistic version of myself thought it would when the project started also i'm defending in 2 days so if you don't feel like reading just come hear me tell you about it! 🙂
New paper out of the lab today from @karenwong1013 - we show that a subset of growth factor-responsive gene activation requires the nuclear kinase MSK2, which phosphorylates H3K9me2S10 at enhancers of these responsive genes prior to their transcription. science.org/doi/10.1126/scia…

Very excited that our paper on pre-existing cross-reactive SARS-CoV-2 antibodies is out now in @CellCellPress! Here is an excellent summary of our findings by @SCOTTeHENSLEY. Grateful for being able to do team science during a pandemic @PennMedicine
1/ Our paper showing that ~20% of humans possessed non-neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 prior to the COVID-19 pandemic was published today @CellCellPress. cell.com/cell/fulltext/S0092…

As 2018 comes to a close, we have had so many wonderful covers in @SciImmunology this year. Several labs including @VirusesImmunity @BettsLab @PittetLab @CellReproLab and @Regeneron have contributed these images. Thank you!
