Great progress this week with the new phased irrigation project.
The new 18th mainline is now installed & primed, surge protection in place as well, all ready for the 17th & 18th greens next week.
Attention to detail always at the forefront from Callum & Dougie.

An indication of how behind we are in terms of growth degree days from last year. This tied in with 16 days without rain hasn’t helped with winter recovery. The main thing is not to force it and keep patient. #FalseSpring #LevenLinks

Productive week considering the weather. Our irrigation pump is back working and the borehole electrics are all done, we will now get this connected to the tank in the coming weeks. Other jobs have been bunker edging, tidying and adding sand. #LevenLinks

A real team effort the last couple of days with our spring overseeding on greens. We went with the pedestrian drop seeder to get the exact amount of seed on greens. Pleasing to see the lads push their comfort zones and coordinate throughout this task.#Spring #LevenLinks

Fine-tuning areas with more to come, top team working on today to finish our greens Aeration and Dressing. Bunker sand going into newly revetted bunkers. 12th green is showing signs of improvement with the coring that was done in December. #LevenLinks #AlwaysImproving
