Good luck Tiff
Best of luck to Tiff Davey in next week's National Rural Ambassador finals at Brisbane #Ekka. Tiff's an incredible ambassador for the #LiveExport and broader #ausag industries. youtu.be/rskObIiP1dk?si=r4d1… via @YouTube

Once again government interference they should stay in their own lane
Great presentation by @WheatWatcher when govts interfere in production systems (banning chems) it impacts production which then has a knock on effect. Sri Lanka banned chemicals in 2021 resulting in them having to import more rice than they ever had before or since.
I suppose he needs another trip away be better to be out of the country that he’s destroying rather than face any music @AlboMP
Transition package is out it’s a far cry from what we need to cope with the live ex ban to those behind the scenes hang your heads in shame how does a government offered package be so lacking it requires co contributing to meet our needs , typical !!!!@Meat_Watcher @senbmckenzie @AustLiveExports @brockman_slade @AlboMP

It's been a few weeks I know... but it's been a rough few weeks of very little wool, even less tradable wool and a market with no direction and extremely limited demand... Today was certainly a lot healthier with competition strong. The trade war seems to have plenty to play out so not expecting much in the short term. Generally we can 'fix' low yielding WA autumn wools with Eastern wools. Not this year. The SA/Western Vic drought has massively degraded their wools this year. We're shipping a lot of topsoil to China ATM. Meanwhile in France, the world's wool leaders are gathering at the @IWTO annual get together to discuss the same threats and challenges to our industry they discuss every year... we eagerly await solutions and 'new' ideas. You'd actually think it might be live streamed in this day and age 🤷 #wearwhatyougrow #makemerinogreatagain

Everything, not just some things, EVERYTHING is dependent on agriculture. We only get to chose our occupations because farmers are producing our food and fibre for us. Without agriculture, we would ALL be spending all our days growing, gathering or hunting our food.Image: Grok
