IS A NEW BLOC FORMING AGAINST ETHIOPIA? A former Somaliland minister says Egypt, Somalia, Sudan and Eritrea are increasingly lining up against Ethiopia, over both the Nile and Ethiopiaโ€™s push for access to the Red Sea.

Former Minister of Information, Culture and Awareness of the Republic of Somaliland, Hon. @AliHassanMoham, a senior figure in KULMIYE, the oldest and largest opposition party in the Republic of Somaliland, has published an article examining the double standards in Somaliaโ€™s Regime President @HassanSMohamudโ€™s political stance and the implications of the four-way Cairo Summit, titled: "๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐——๐—ถ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ-๐—ช๐—ฎ๐˜† ๐—–๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ผ ๐—ฆ๐˜‚๐—บ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น? In his article, Ali Hassan Mohamed examines the political implications of the summit involving Egypt, Somalia, Sudan, and Eritrea, highlighting questions surrounding President Hassan Sheikh Mohamudโ€™s policy toward Ethiopia, the Nile dispute, and the strategic interests surrounding the Red Sea. ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ ๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ณ๐˜‚๐—น๐—น ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„: ๐Ÿ“„ ๐Ÿงต "What Did the Four-Way Cairo Summit Reveal? Somalia is geographically neither an upstream country from which the Nile originates nor one of the countries through which the Nile flows, such as Sudan and Egypt. Nevertheless, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud signed a resolution warning that the country from which the Nile originates should not take unilateral decisions, stating that such actions could have serious consequences. Ethiopia is clearly the country being warned. On the other hand, Hassan Sheikh signed a second resolution at the same venue stating that responsibility for the Red Sea rests exclusively with the countries bordering its shores (littoral countries). Once again, Ethiopiaโ€™s aspirations for access to the Red Sea were sidelined. Everyone knows that this four-way summit, organised by Egypt, represented a new alliance against Ethiopia. But the question is: Why did Somalia commit itself so firmly to such a position? When the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Republic of Somaliland jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 1 January 2024, President Hassan Sheikh personally stated that Ethiopia was Somaliaโ€™s number-one enemy. According to people close to him, Hassan Sheikh genuinely holds this view as a matter of principle and has expressed it on numerous public platforms. Whenever he gets the opportunity, he takes advantage of it to reinforce that position. Abiy Ahmed, however, changes his positions. At times, he is pressured by the presence of Ethiopian troops in Somalia. Those troops constitute a bargaining card that Ethiopia could use, given that they help safeguard the security of Hassan Sheikhโ€™s government, which would struggle to govern itself without them. Yet, it appears that Ethiopia has been outmanoeuvred and made to believe that the presence of its troops in Somalia is essential to Ethiopiaโ€™s own survival. There is also the fact that Abiy Ahmed has taken Somaliland for granted, a serious miscalculation. Another interesting issue is the Red Sea. The four countries that signed the agreement stated that only countries bordering the Red Sea have the right to determine matters concerning its affairs. This raises another question: Is Israel included? We know that Israel has an important port, Eilat, in the northern part of the Red Sea, specifically on the Gulf of Aqaba. Of the four countries that met in Cairo, three recognise Israel: Egypt, Eritrea and Sudan. So, have they sidelined Ethiopia only to include Israel instead? Finally, was Hassan Sheikhโ€™s firm stance simply a case of blindly following others, like a donkey following the herd, or did he seize the opportunity to act on his earlier declaration that โ€œEthiopia is Somaliaโ€™s greatest enemyโ€? #Somaliland #Ethiopia #Egypt #Sudan #Eritrea #CairoSummit #HornOfAfrica

Sunni Diagram-ka ku jira Khariidadda Netanyahu. Dad ayaa isku dayaya inay dagaalka u sawiraan mid diimeed, iyagoo ku moodaya in cid kasta oo ku jirta magaca xulufada Suniga ah ay Diin ahaan isku raaceen, halka cid kasta oo aan ku jirinna ay diinta ka soo horjeeddo. Magaca Sunni oo keliya ayaa lagu soo daray khariidadda Netanyahu, iyadoo lagu tilmaamayo dalalka la safan isbahaysiga Sacuudiga, Turkiga iyo Pakistan. Saudi Arabia โ€“ Kosovo: Warka ugu muhiimsan toddobaadkan bishan October 2026 Sacuudiga ayaa $16 milyan ku maalgelinaya waddada weyn ee isku xirta Pristina iyo Mitrovica ee dalka Kosovo. Kosovo waa dal Muslim ah oo aqoonsan Israel, isla markaana ku jira Blue Axis ee xulafada la ah Israel. Waxa kale oo uu caasimadda Israel u aqoonsaday Qudus. Sacuudiga, oo saldhig u ah magaca diimeed ee urur siyaasadeedka ay dalalku ku midoobaan, ayaa: - Olole ugu jira sidii dalalka Carabtu u aqoonsan lahaayeen Kosovo. - Maalgelinaya dadaallada Kosovo ugu jirto raadinta aqoonsi caalami ah. - Maalgelinaya dhismaha kaabayaasha dhaqaalaha ee Kosovo. Haddaba, su'aashu waxay tahay: diin ma tahay, mise waa siyaasad iyo dano istaraatiiji ah oo lagu hoos qarinayo magaca diinta? Sucuudiga iyo Kosovo Diinta Islamka iyo mad'habta Sunniga ma dibada ayay ka jogan? Waxa la mid ah Dalka Turkey oo ah dalka ugu Horeeyay ee Muslim ah ee ay is ictiraafan Israel ahna dalka dhaqaalaha ugu wayn ee ganacsi is waydarsadeen 2B sannadki

On this Turkey didnโ€™t associate Puntland with Israel Israel itself associated Puntland with itself. The Blue Axis members are no longer anonymous. In a border way, itโ€™s how Puntland wanted it Somalia is divided into Puntland and South-Central Somalia.
Where is Turkey in this ugaas?! The guy who just quoted what Netanyahu presented as the Israeli national security plan. Netanyahu presented his allyโ€™s plan, and Puntland is part of these thoughts through Somaliland and UAE alignment. Itโ€™s not Turkey or HSMโ€™s team that is paining Puntland. Itโ€™s up to the administration now to clarify, and obviously, Turkey will not be the explanation. Welcome to the Blue Axis.๐Ÿ˜€

My brother is this alexia or the Malabaani effect Do you think Greece, India, Libya, and Sudan are partially under Ethiopian control simply because they share the same striped colour on the map? The map legend clearly explains what the colours and patterns represent. Yet you gave that colour exclusively to Ethiopia, regardless of where else it appears on the map. Either you have failed to read and interpret the map legend correctly, or we need to question your ability to follow simple instructions.
