ERIC — the Electronic Registration Information Center, Inc. is legally a private nonprofit corporation. It is a Delaware nonstock corporation and operates as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity ERIC voluntar Membership Agreement, updated July 21, 2025,signed by Fontes is explicit. A member state must transmit voter registration data to ERIC within 60 days of certification and at least every 60 days thereafter. That submission includes all active and inactive voter files and essentially all relevant MVD licensing/identification records. So per Hobbs, Mayes and Fontes, it is just fine with sharing our voter data with a NGO 501 (c) 3. Its not fine with sharing it to the USPS for tracking of ballots. This would lead one to wonder based on their statements and law suits, should the GOP sue the state to stop sharing voter data with a non profit , non governmental agency? AZ gives my governmental voter registration data to a non profit. SCOTUS did not issue a final merits judgment in the USPS barcode case. In United States Postal Service v. California, No. 26A305, the Court denied an emergency application to stay a preliminary injunction based on timelines. But we already do this with ERIC.. non timeline concern. Who knows where ERIC is has compromised, shared or altered data.... there ia no audit trail. Just more democrat lies. Stop being fooled by their propaganda.
