$NBIS This is probably the most valuable post I have made on X so far. A PERSONAL FinX Account-List that has provided a supplementary foundation to my own research for quite some time and consistently supplies me with alpha, brings me great joy daily and has been cultivated over a long period. It's not perfect and only reflects MY contributions, so please don't leave whiny comments if your account isn't listed FinX is exactly as good as you curate it. In my opinion I have curated it sharply. (However, I'm always open to and happy to receive suggestions for new candidates.) Here is the handpicked and crisis resilient list of $NBIS related accounts. Great alpha, fighting FUD, high conviction but not blind. Non engagement bait, non mainstream, non TA esoteric, non slop, non emotional garbage accounts. I owe a considerable amount of wealth to this collective. Thank you all. (I do not always agree with every account on this list or share their style. I even sharply criticize some of them but they remain important nonetheless. Generally I find it very important to stay informed holistically.) The list is arranged alphabetically, not my anything else. In my view these are ALL must follows. I could not remove a single one without a heavy heart. @ai_canaries @AlexfromBabylon @Asmallfish5 @B__Digs @babyfolio @BKad2005 @borex_investing @daniel_koss @demian_ai @DrTomsLens @EndicottInvests @Funmenati (hacked right now, hope he'll be back) @funofinvesting @GainsOnPaper @Investnorthwise @itsalasdairmann @MarkosAAIG @MB_Hogan @MirageWL8 @MktMavPro @mvcinvesting @paradislabs @penguinvesting @RayT168 @romanchernin @Sandeman52 @SMASIMHO @thekriskay @TheUglyBuckling @TopTechStocksUS @wienglischmann @yianisz @zen_tropy The second list is an extended pool. Not necessarily $NBIS specific but partly in the immediate orbit and partly just very good, fast or simply supplementary input. Consider it a grab bag. @__Con_ @aleabitoreddit @amitisinvesting @CABeyney @DivesTech @firstadopter @genZinvest0r @hiteshkar @jiahanjimliu @JKeynesAlpha @kevin__mak @KobeissiLetter @MoodyWriter13 @RJCcapital @SemiAnalysis_ @SmallCapSnipa

BREAKTHROUGH U.S.–IRAN DEAL REPORTEDLY EXPECTED THIS WEEK Sources familiar with mediation efforts told Al-Araby Al-Jadeed that a breakthrough agreement between Washington and Tehran could be announced this week. Negotiators are reportedly working to narrow differences and secure mutual concessions to prevent renewed military escalation. No agreement has been officially confirmed.

$NBIS vs $IREN A very rough simplification, but simply too hilarious given recent events: Nebius... invests $10M to expand its AI builder community across Europe. The capital funds compute grants and events at the center of the AI revolution. Iren... allocates roughly $7.5M annually for a Real Madrid sponsorship to bribe key figures in Spains local construction politics.
The AI Builder Program is expanding across Europe with $10M in total support across compute grants, capital, and community programs. Are you building open models, developer tools, or applications on top of them? The program helps builders go from experimentation to scale-up through: - Compute grants for selected projects in areas such as open models, coding agents, post-training, and evals - VC connections to help turn open source projects into companies - Hackathons and demo days with communities including @AITinkerers, @techeurope_ , and @esra_robotics to build, connect, and share your work We’re kicking off the European expansion this week at #NVIDIAGTC Berlin with @NVIDIAAI, @Accel, and a network of European VCs. $NBIS | $IREN | $CRWV Here is the reason why we see GPU prices going vertical. "There is no GPU left? Why call it a cloud then? "Because it is always just over the horizon sir."

$NBIS This is where capital should be spent. I am so glad they are not wasting capital on other meaningless fancy stuff. IMO, investment phase companies (with negative FCF) should be prudent and don't have the luxury to throw away cash to put logos on sports jersey.

Well, this post struck a nerve. Calls for a "Black Monday" stock market crash are trending again. Last night, we took the opposite view. As with every market prediction we make, there are thousands of people urging others to "fade" us. But take a look at the chart below. It shows every time "Black Monday" has trended on social media since May 2025. History suggests that calls for a "Black Monday" crash have repeatedly presented some of the best buying opportunities. And as we outline in our analysis below, the majority of stocks in the S&P 500 have already experienced a bear market, EVEN AS the index trades near record highs; a largely unprecedented occurence. How is this possible? Read our full analysis here: xitter.cf/KobeissiLetter/status/…

This is a prime example of a post that is 100% noise. Regular equity markets are closed on the weekend. These charts just show perp positioning by highly leveraged traders on a thin weekend platform. That is a noisy signal and not genuine price discovery. There is absolutely zero informational value here. They are simply exploiting an already fragile market sentiment to farm engagement. It is a highly malicious tactic. You are best advised to mute or completely block these accounts immediately. It is the equivalent of changing your seat when someone is constantly coughing on your neck.
Never seen a Saturday dump like this What just happened to AI stocks??

$CRWV / $NBIS An interesting detail is circulating regarding $CRWV and its debt structure. CoreWeave took out a specific loan called DDTL 3.0 to help fund infrastructure for a major OpenAI contract. The loan agreement includes an equity cure clause. This means they can fix breaches of financial rules by simply injecting fresh equity into the company. These financial rules or covenants typically require a company to maintain enough cash flow relative to their debt payments. If they fail to meet these targets the fresh equity acts as a patch. That flexibility is effectively unlimited until October 28. After that date the rules tighten and they can only use equity cures for a maximum of three consecutive months within any four month window. This deadline was supposed to align roughly with when the OpenAI capacity comes online and payments start flowing. Speculation suggests some creditors are not fully confident the timing will work out. If cash flows do not materialize exactly as planned it becomes significantly harder for CoreWeave to paper over covenant issues with equity. That is why some bondholders appear to be selling now. They are worried about a potential technical default or the need to renegotiate the loan terms again. At its core this is a strict structure and timing issue. Even if OpenAI ends up being a reliable payer any delay in bringing the capacity online puts CoreWeave under pressure. This structure and timing risk sits in a broader context. Recent figures from both OpenAI and Anthropic came in softer than some earlier circulating estimates. That has weakened confidence in the customer side of these big capacity contracts. Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has spoken positively about the OpenAI partnership but the current market is focused purely on near term cash flow timing. Then the CPI print came in hotter than projected. That triggered an immediate domino effect across the sector. Everything was dumped to avoid being caught with their pants down. (like Leopold) For $NBIS the contrast is notable. We are in a very healthy position. We have a meaningfully stronger balance sheet than most peers in the neocloud category. This includes higher cash relative to debt, later maturities on our convertibles and significant customer prepayments. Our heavy emphasis on open models also reduces dependence on any single frontier lab. In a risk off phase like this those differences do not matter as baskets are emptied quickly for risk reduction. The baby gets thrown out with the bathwater. It is also not ideal if future debt we plan to take on to support our multi gigawatt capacity targets becomes more expensive. Even if we plan and finance this differently this worsening of the debt option is soberly considered a stumbling block for us. The market is in turn pricing that in. That is an unpleasant side effect. But being pulled down by ugly siblings like $CRWV or $IREN is something we have seen before. The strategic foresight of the Nebius management team becomes more apparent with each of these market shake ups. Happy to be a shareholder. Long $NBIS
There's speculation that credit holders of CoreWeave have been dumping due to a condition in DDTL3.0 which allows CoreWeave to deploy unlimited equity cures for any failure to meet financial covenants by Oct 28; following which these cures are capped and can only be used for up to 3 consecutive months in any 4-month window The timing for OpenAI's contractual obligation tied to this facility is supposed to align with the clause sunset (I think) Seems like the creditors are not confident that this would happen and are anticipating either a technical default, or another change in the covenants Wonder if folks are hearing anything about this? $CRWV
