Salute to such sensitised heads of the Institution- like this Principal ,Post Graduate Government College Sector -11, Chandigarh -who know what real higher education includes and that it is part of their duty to impart it.....
Proud of you Madam/Sir for the empathy, kindness compassion. You are a great example for the educational institutions in the country at this juncture when the voiceless community dogs are treated as accused, when in reality they are victims👍🙏❤️

thegoan.net/goa-news/govt-de… Let's hope honorable SC understands that the real reason for stray dogs' population growth (and associated problems) is bureaucratic apathy! @PrakashWKamatPK @SachiRupaliK @NilkantHalarnk1 @DrPramodPSawant @PercyBillimoria @PetaIndia @SupremeCourtIND

As per Union Govt notification, every public vehicle (buses, taxis, trucks) are required to carry "Be Kind to Animals" slogan. Goa Govt is sleeping 😴 on the wheel and hasn't issued it yet....
We at Goa Animal Federation (GAF) call upon Transport Minister

Assaults on Feeders and harassment of community dogs continue in some of the housing societies in Goa. Has the Goa Registrar of the Cooperatives acted on a petition submitted to him by District Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals(DSPCA) and the Goa Animal Federation(GAF) recently
demanding to take strict action against such societies which violate rules and Supreme Court judgement?
