🚨 Dr. Stephen Brearey, the lead neonatal consultant at the Countess of Chester Hospital said he should have gone to police sooner about Lucy Letby.
He didn't because there was no crime until the clinical negligence was flipped into let's frame Lucy Letby as a murderer.

In this video on Lucy Letby, I begin assessing some new notes on the case which have been passed to me by a microbiologist. I delve into the records at the Countess of Chester Hospital and the trial of Lucy Letby, examining whether the hospital conducted adequate testing and if the court ever heard about this.

considering even the prosecution own expert witness prof Owen Arthurs says it should be picked up post-mortem. Not even 1 single case picked up by all 3 pathologists? They are all incompetent and need to be FIRED?
Alex Cutter retweeted
Explain to me please. Thirlwall report has NO CRITICISM of pathologists Shukla, Kokai, and McPartland for failing to diagnose air embolism in ANY Lucy Letby cases, when both Ravi Jayaram AND Dewi Evans who did not even perform post mortem apparently BOTH able to diagnose it...

No joke! Caroline Cheetham was secretly working as a police publicist while pretending to be a neutral journalist covering the Lucy Letby trial
There is no universe in which a journalist covering a trial should be secretly getting paid by the police force whose case is on trial

Is your co-host, Caroline Cheetham, ever going to address the secret publicity payments she took from Cheshire police, in the middle of Lucy Letby's trial, which the two of you did a podcast on (without acknowledging the secret police payments)? Or nah?

Periodic reminder that Caroline Cheetham, the co-host of the Daily Mail's podcast about Lucy Letby, took secret payments from Cheshire police while the trial was ongoing.
She never disclosed this to the public, or to her bosses at the Daily Mail.

For the last 14 years I listened to people calling me guilty. For the last year I listened to people saying I was not exonerated and we won on a technicality. Well Friday changed that. The case in law we were subjected to was so egregious it could not even withstand a guilty plea

A curious thing - some Brits seem to believe criminal courts make no mistakes EXCEPT when an appeal is successful and a miscarriage of justice thus exposed.
They also seem to believe they have a God-given right to state this publicly.
I wonder how the courts will treat them.
Here is another person who has no idea of the import of the decision to set aside a plea of guilty. I sat in that appeal and the bench agreed the case in law (my case too) lacked the necessary elements to constitute an offence and therefore the plea was redundant.
Replying to @robilypj @Sunnanbyrg
It’s got nothing to do with your legal status given I’ve stated you got off on a technicality.
Legally you’re not guilty.
If the judge hadn’t made an error there was “ample evidence” that could have led to a guilty verdict.
Replying to @benshep20 @Sunnanbyrg
Prior to the decision of the CACD on Friday you might have had a point. They decided that a conviction of a guilty plea guilty on an identical indictment was not safe. Why was that? Because they recognised the case we faced lacked the elements to make it criminal.
