❤️ What an amazing week! We had a diverse group of people from all around the globe, each bringing their unique backgrounds to @CSHVienna. Their common goal? To harness the power of #visualization in making scientific research accessible to a broad audience. There was a lot of sharing and exchanging -- presentations, lively discussions, and informal conversations in the garden. The highlight of the workshop was definitely the brainstorming and teamwork involved in creating complex science visualizations. A big thank you to @LiuhuayingYang and Paul Kahn for organizing such a fantastic event. We are also grateful to guest speakers Martin Krzywinski, Katy Börner, Darjan Hil, and Irene de la Torre Arenas; guest artists Jonas Bohatsch, Catalina Escalona, and Kyryll Dmytrenko; guest scientists @ElmaDervicMe, Samuel Martin-Gutierrez, and @JanBachmann11; and, of course, to all the participants who made this experience so special! ❤️
